Da ich unterwegs sein werde, ist ab 1.07.2023 bis 30.09.2023 ein schönes Zimmer in einer 2er-WG im 8. Bezirk frei! :)
Das möblierte Zimmer ist 23m2 groß und hat ein großes Fenster zu einer ruhigen Straße, wodurch es sehr ruhig ist. Es gibt ein Doppelbett, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, eine Couch, ein Bücherregal und einen Kleiderschrank.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 60m2 - neben dem vermieteten Zimmer gibt es noch ein weiteres kleineres Zimmer (ebenfalls zu vermieten). Die Küche ist sehr modern und mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Ofen, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine...). Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne, ein Waschbecken und eine Toilette. Alles in der Wohnung wurde vor 2 Jahren renoviert.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock und es gibt einen Aufzug.

Since I will be away, a nice room is available in a 2-person shared flat in the 8th district from 1.07.2023 until around the end of September! :)
The furnished room is 23m2 and has a large window facing a calm street, which makes it quiet. There is a double bed, desk with chair, couch, bookshelf, and wardrobe.
The flat has a total of 60m2 - apart from the rented room there is another smaller room (also for rent). The kitchen is very modern, with all the appliances you need (fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine...). The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, and toilet. Everything in the flat was renovated 2 years ago.
The flat is on the 3rd floor and there is a lift
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Straßenbahnlinien 46 & 2 (2 Minuten entfernt) und die Stationen Thaliastraße U6 in 8 Minuten und Volksteather U3 sind 15 Minuten entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich. Spar, Billa und Hofer sind in 5-8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gegend ist toll, es gibt viele coole Lokale, Bars und Cafés zum Ausprobieren.
Das Stadtzentrum ist auch nur 15 Minuten entfernt.

The flat is right next to tram lines 46 & 2 (2 minutes away) and stations Thaliastraße U6 in 8 minutes and Volksteather U3 are 15 minutes away.
There are plenty of shopping possibilities. Spar, Billa and
Hofer are within 5-8 minutes walking distance. The area is great, there are lots of cool places to eat, bars and cafes to try.
The city centre is also only 15 minutes away.

You will live with Lea, a super nice Austrian girl, who’s been living in the apartment since last year.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 550 € (einschließlich Strom, Gas, Versicherung, W-Lan). Außerdem gibt es eine Kaution von 1650 €.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben.
Das Zimmer wird vom 1.07.2023 bis Ende September vermietet, ich bin diesbezüglich recht flexibel.
