Das Zimmer und die Wohnung sind möbliert. Die Wohnung hat ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, eine separate Toilette, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer und eine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank und Geschirrspüler.
Das Zimmer liegt im 3. Stock der WG. Es ist sehr groß (30m2) und ruhig. Perfekt für Paare oder wenn du Privatsphäre bevorzugst. Das Zimmer ist ab sofort bis zum 1. März verfügbar (inklusive). The room is on the 3rd floor of the WG. It is very big (30m2) and quite. Perfect for couples or if you prefer privacy. The room is available from now until March 1st (included). This room is ideal for someone coming short-term to Vienna, or someone looking for accomodation who needs a place to stay while visiting other apartments.
The rent is 600€ all included for 1 month. We can calculate your rate based on how long you stay in the room.
