Hallo!
Ich vermiete mein Einzelzimmer im Studentenheim in der Pfeilgasse 3a über den Sommer 2017. Das Studentenheim liegt perfekt zwischen Gürtel und Ring. Die Hauptuniversität ist zu Fuß 10 Minuten entfernt, die Wirtschaftuni mit der U2 20 Minuten, die Technische Universität 10 Minuten entfernt und das AKH 15 Minuten (perfekt für Medizinstudierende, die ein Praktikum absolvieren). Im 8. Bezirk selbst gibt es viele nette Lokale und Bars und ist für Studenten perfekt zum weggehen. Am Ring gibt es auch einige nette Parks und natürlich die Bauten am Ring wie das Parlament, die Hofburg, Rathaus, etc --> alles nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind Billa 1 Minute entfernt, Spar 4 Minuten entfernt, Hofer 7 Minuten entfernt.
U-Bahn-Stationen in der Nähe sind U6 Thaliastrasse sowie Josefstädterstraße und U2 Rathaus.
Straßenbahnen in unmittelbarer Nähe sind 46, 2, 33 und 5.
Das Zimmer selbst ist ausgestattet mit Lautsprecher, Schreibtisch, Schminktisch, Kleiderschrank, Bett, Kommode, Balkon. Direkt im Zimmer befindet sich ein Badezimmer mit WC, das man für sich alleine hat.
Küche ist eine Gemeinschaftsküche, ausgestattet mit Backrohren, Herd, Kühlschränken, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Crepe-Platte, Mixer, Backpapier + Gewürzen + Öl zum Kochen, neuer Fernseher für gemeinschaftliche Fußball- oder Serienabende, etc. Ebenfalls gibt es eine große Dachterrasse mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick (höchste in der Umgebung), auf der man grillen, feiern und chillen kann.

I rent my single room in the dormitory of Pfeilgasse 3a over the summer of 2017. The dormitory is perfectly located between the Ringstraße and the Gürtel. The main university is a 10-minute walk away, the Vienna University of Economics and Business 20 minutes with subway U2, and the University of Technology 10 minutes away. The AKH 15 minutes (perfect for medical student internships). In the 8th district are many nice places and bars located and it is perfect for students to go out. On the Ringstraße there are also some nice parks and of course the famous buildings like the parliament, the Hofburg, town hall, etc -> everything only 10-minutes-walk away.
Shopping facilities nearby are Billa 1 minute away, Spar 4 minutes away, Hofer 7 minutes away.
Subway stations nearby are U6 Thaliastrasse as well as Josefstädterstraße and U2 Rathaus.
Tram stations nearby are 46, 2, 33 and 5.
The room itself is equipped with Stereo, desk, dressing table, wardrobe, bed, balcony. Directly in the room is a bathroom with toilet, which is for you only.
Kitchen is a communal kitchen, equipped with oven, stove, refrigerators, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, crepe plate, blender, bakingpaper + spices + oil for cooking, new TV for collective soccer or serial watching, etc. There´s also a gigantic rooftop terrace where you can chill, party and barbecue.
