Das Zimmer ist das kleinste der fünf Zimmer in unserer tollen Altbauwohnung, aber deshalb nicht weniger schön. Das Hochbett passt perfekt hinein, sodass der restliche Platz optimal für Schreibtisch, Kommode und Sitzgelegenheit genutzt werden kann. Da eine Wand im Flur direkt vor dem Zimmer aus einem riesigen Einbauschrank besteht, kannst du dort deine Kleidung aufhängen, hast viel Stauraum und das Zimmer wird nicht zu vollgestopft. Das Hochbett würde auch im Zimmer bleiben, ansonsten ist das Zimmer nicht möbliert.
Das Fenster zeigt zu einem Innenhof, wodurch es Nachts extrem ruhig ist und durch die hohe Lage trotzdem viel Licht ins Zimmer kommt.
Gemeinsam genutzte Räume sind eine große Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Toilette, ein WC, ein Balkon und ein großes Wohnzimmer. :)
The room is the smallest of the flat, but nevertheless beautiful! It has a loft bed in it, so space is used optimally, and you have enough space for a desk, a dresser and a seating area. The flat has a huge built-in closet right in front of the room, which you can use for hanging your clothes and additional storage space. I would prefer to leave the bed in the room, apart from that the room is unfurnished.
Since the window is pointing towards a courtyard, it is very quiet at night but still bright during the day.
Shared spaces are the big kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, another toilet, a balcony and a big living room. :)
Die 160qm große Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im 8.Bezirk, gleich bei der Josefstädterstraße, Ecke Albertgasse, gegenüber vom Hamerling Park. Die Straßenbahnstation Albertgasse (2, 5, 33) ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt, die Station Florianigasse (5, 33) nur 1min, die Station Brünnelbadgasse (43, 44) ist 7 Gehminuten entfernt, der 13A (Station Lederergasse) is 7 Minuten entfernt, die U6 Station Josefstädterstraße 10 Gehminuten und die U2 Station Rathaus ist 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell überall in der Stadt, aber auch zu Fuß bist du gleich in den umliegenden Bezirken und bei den besten Eisläden der Stadt! Gleich gegenüber von unserem Haus ist ein kleiner Billa, 2 Minuten entfernt ist ein Spar und auf der Josefstädterstraße befinden sich dm, Bipa, Billa, Interspar, Post etc. Außerdem gibt es viele nette Cafés, Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe!
The flat is 160qm big and located in the 8th district, which is very central and beautiful. It is right next to Hamerling Park and Josefstädter Straße. You can reach the trams 2, 5 and 33 within 1-2min (stations Florianigasse and Albertgasse), the trams 43 and 44 within 7min (station Brünnelbadgasse), the bus 13A within 7min (station Lederergasse), the U6 within 10min (station Josefstädterstraße) and the U2 within 15min walking (station Rathaus). You are also super fast all around the city by bike and even by foot you can get to the surrounding districts. Supermarkets are very close, too, there is a Billa right in front of our door, but also Spar, DM, Bipa and all the others are at Josefstädter Straße. Also, there are a lot of nice restaurants and bars nearby.
Deine Mitbewohner*innen sind Hannah, Jakob, Hilke und Paul (der auch im Juli neu einzieht), die alle die unterschiedlichsten Sachen studieren und arbeiten. Wir sind alle befreundet und am Abend sitzen wir gerne zusammen im Wohnzimmer und reden, spielen und trinken Wein. Vor allem vor Corona waren wir aber auch alle immer viel unterwegs, deshalb kann es auch mal vorkommen, dass man sich nur zum Reden in der Küche oder am Flur trifft, jede*r kann also immer ihre*seine Ruhe haben, wenn man will. Uns ist es wichtig, dass du auch Lust hast dich in das WG-Leben zu integrieren, Wert auf rücksichtsvollen Umgang, sowie eine (einigermaßen) saubere Wohnung legst. :)
Your roommates will be Hannah, Jakob, Hilke and Paul (who will also move in in July). We like to spend evenings together in the livingroom, talking, playing games and drinking wine, but everyone can always have their space and time alone, too. We value general respect with each other and keeping it clean.
Ich ziehe Anfang Juli aus und wir suchen eine*n Nachmieter*in für unsere tolle WG. Das Hochbett bleibt im Zimmer, ist in top Zustand, verlange auch keine Ablöse dafür.
