Bei dem Zimmer handelt es sich um einen 11m² großen, hellen Raum, mit hoher Altbaudecke. Darin befinden sich ein selbst eingebautes Hochbett inklusive Matratze und Bettzeug sowie ein vom Vormieter selbstgebauter Schreibtisch. Außerdem haben wir noch einige andere Möbel in das Zimmer gestellt, sodass es quasi voll möbliert ist.
Die Wohnung ist frisch saniert und wurde von uns im September 2018 erstbezogen. Es gibt ein großes helles Vorzimmer mit Fenstern zum Innenhof, ein Bad (inkl. WC), eine vollausgestattete Einbauküche und ein gemeinsames, rund 20m² großes Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Alser Straße, fast direkt über dem Cafe Benno, fünf Minuten entfernt von U6 Alser Straße sowie Straßenbahnlinien 43 und 44 sowie dem 13A (direkt zur Mariahilferstraße). Mit anderen Worten: die perfekte Lage für alle die zu Fuß den Campus oder die Hauptuni besuchen (oder mit der U6 zur alten WU fahren) wollen.
In der näheren Umgebung gibt es eine Apotheke, Hofer, Billa, Spar, Trafik und das Cafe Benno :)
Wir sind:
Susi (28): Langzeitstudentin der TFM und Literaturwissenschaften, geht sehr gerne ins Theater. Sie ist eine rauchende und trinkende Feministin, die ihre Abende aber auch gerne mit Unterhaltungen über alles andere füllt. Neben dem Theater hört sie ebenfalls gerne dem Radio zu und genießt derzeit ihr neu erstandenes Mubi-Streaming-Abo (oder gelegentlich auch Netflix).
Raffael (28): Verbringt einen Teil seiner Zeit mit dem Schreiben seiner Masterarbeit in Vergleichende Literaturwissenschaften. Er liest sehr viel und kocht ab und zu. Er raucht keine Zigaretten, trinkt dafür aber genug, was ihn jedoch nicht in seiner Ledeinschaft fürs Bouldern und Klettern einschränkt. Raffael ist ein hiesig immer seltener anzutreffendes Phänomen: ein geborener Wiener.
Wir suchen:
Eine entspannte Person zur Zwischenmiete für Juni-August.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort bis 31. August zur Zwischenmiete vefügbar. Solltest du auf der Suche nach einem Zimmer für den Sommer sein, so schreib uns doch einfach und alles weitere werden wir dann persönlich klären! Wir freuen uns schon darauf, von dir zu hören! :)
English version:
The room is 11m², bright and has a very high ceiling. The previous tenant left a self made platform/loft bed including a mattress and sheets, as well as a small desk in the room. Both the room and the flat are fully furnished. The flat is newly renovated and overall very spacious and bright (bathroom incl. toilet, hallway, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy shared living room ;).
The flat is located on Alser Straße, just above Cafe Benno. U6, tram 43/44 and bus 13A are all within close walking distance (so are the main university and the campus). Supermarkets, pharmacy and everything one could wish for are in close proximity.
We are:
Susi (28): Loves to study (not really though, she eventually stopped counting semesters quite a while ago). What she really loves is the theatre, smoking, drinking and the humanities (including gender studies and feminism). She can spend a whole evening listening to you or, alternatively, to her favorite radio programs. She is currently enjoying her new Mubi-streaming-subscription (and occasionally Netflix too).
Raffael (28): Spends some of his time working on his Master thesis in Comparative Literature. He loves reading and chinese food (even though he is still struggling with his own cooking skills), and is an alright drinker. In his free time he enjoys going climbing/bouldering.
We are looking for:
A nice person to rent the room from June to August.
