Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock eines Altbaus und hat zwei große Zimmer, ein kleines Zimmer, eine Wohnküche, getrenntes Bad und WC und einen Balkon, der hofseitig gelegen ist und im Sommer der perfekte Platz zum Frühstücken ist. Sie ist eine sanierte Altbauwohnung, ist also sehr gut ausgestattet und hat bis auf Kabelfernsehen alles was man so brauchen könnte.
Lea verlässt uns leider, und zu vergeben ist eines der beiden großen Zimmer, das ca. 20 m² hat. Das Einzugsdatum wäre ab dem 1.06. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben.
Die Miete inklusive Betriebskosten beträgt 530€. Die Kaution ist eine Monatsmiete. Die Mietverträge sind offiziell auf ein Jahr befristet, es gibt aber die Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an old building and has two large bedrooms, a small bedroom, a kitchen-living room, separate bathroom and toilet and a balcony facing the courtyard, which is the perfect place for breakfast in summer. It is a renovated old building apartment, so it is very well equipped and has everything you could possibly need - except for cable TV :)
Lea is sadly leaving one of the two large rooms, which is approx. 20 m² The room will be handed over unfurnished from the 1st of June, 2024.
The rent including all costs is € 530. The deposit is one month's rent. The contract is officially limited to one year, but there is the possibility of extension!
Die WG ist im 8. Bezirk nahe den U6-Stationen Josefstädterstraße und Alserstraße (Straßenbahnlinien 44,43,33,5,2).
Die Lage ist vor allem für Student:innen der Uni Wien ideal gelegen, da man recht schnell am Schottentor ist. Sie ist aber auch für alle anderen Personen super (yppenplatz + innere Bezirke:)).
Rundeherum findet man auch alles was das Herz so begehrt: Billa, Spar, dm, ein paar nette Restaurants, Dönerstand seines Vertrauens, etc.
The flat is in the 8th district near the U6 stations Josefstädterstraße and Alserstraße (tram lines 44,43,33,5,2).
The location is ideal for students of the University of Vienna, as you can get to Schottentor very quickly! But it is also great for everyone else (yppenplatz + inner districts:)).

Hallo! Ich bin Anne (tatsächlich aus Wien:)) und arbeite Teilzeit als dubiose Mathelehrerin (mein erstes Studium war Bauingenieurwesen) und mache gerade meinen Bachelor in Soziologie fertig.
Ich bin eine offene, unternehmenslustige und (meistens) gut gelaunte Person und verbringe meine Freizeit gerne im Grünen, in Kinos oder Museen, auf Veranstaltungen oder Konzerten, tanzend oder Yoga-machend, oder bastelnd und häkelnd (hoffentlich bald auch strickend!). Wenn es sich nebenbei ausgeht, mache ich manchmal auch politische Arbeit.
Für die WG wünsche ich mir ein entspanntes, lustiges Zusammenleben, bei dem man ungezwungen zusammen rumhängen kann und auf einander Acht gibt. In-depth Gespräche über Liebesleben &Co sind genauso sehr erwünscht wie die Freiheit und der Raum sein eigenes Ding machen zu können.

hi! I'm Micol, I originally come from Rome, and Austria has been my home for the past three years. I studied Asian studies & sustainability and work remotely for an urban agriculture project in Colombia:)
On my hobbies: I enjoy pickling, watching movies, pingpong - I like going to leftist events, hikes and adventures. I'm looking forward to creating a nice cosy environment at home.
