We are looking for a new flatmate in our 5 person shared flat starting September.

The contract is limited to one year (with an option to extend)
Viewings: 29.7., from 17.8.
The room will be empty without furniture, apart from the loft bed and the mattress (like new), you have the option of taking that for 250 € if you’re interested. If not, I will sell it before you come.
The flat is 170 m2 with a big kitchen & dining room, cosy living room, bathroom, separate toilet and balcony. Washing maschine and dishwasher are at hand. It is perfectly located in Schönborngasse in the 8th district of Vienna in close proximity to most of the university locations. Public transport connections are excellent - metro U6 Josefstadt, U2 Rathaus; tram 5, 31, 2; bus 10A - and there are plenty of shops and bars around.
About us: We Azra, Laura, Lena and Emir are all full time employed, anyway we spend a lot of time with each other and like to sit together in the kitchen and chat and have coffee or a glass of wine together. For that reason we would be happy if you are a communicative person who is fun to live with. Of course that does not mean that you cannot have also time for yourself 😊
