Hallo ihr Lieben,
unsere 3er Wg löst sich komplett auf. Ergo sind neben diesem Zimmer noch 2 andere Zimmer frei.
Da du Hauptmieter werden musst, fällt eine Kaution von 6281€ (= 6 Monatsmieten der gesamten Wohnung) an, die du dir mit deinen zukünftigen Mitbewohnern teilen könntest.
Daran führt leider kein Weg dran vorbei, ich habe das aktuell auch gezahlt, deswegen meldet euch bitte nur, wenn das für euch finanziell möglich ist.
Übrigens nicht wundern die anderen 2 Zimmer sind auch online
Bipa, Billa, Spar, Denns sind direkt vor der Haustür.
Straßenbahn 2 und U2 sind 3 Minuten Fußweg.
Sowohl Uni Wien als auch MedUni sind in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Da wie schon erwähnt alle Zimmer frei sind, könnt ihr uns auch schreiben wenn ihr zu 2. oder zu 3. seid.
Da du Hauptmieter wirst kannst du dir die Wg so zusammenstellen wie du möchtest.
