da ich eine eigene Wohnung suche, wird ein Zimmer in unserer schönen Altbauwohnung im 8. Bezirk frei.
Erstmal zu der WG: Sten studiert im Master Psychologie und Jonas Physik. In der Wohnung wird öfter mal in der Küche zusammen Bier getrunken oder gekocht, die Küche ist also Mittelpunkt der Wohnung
Gerade ist natürlich Home Office angesagt, aber wenn die Lage es zulässt, sind beide in der Uni und eher abends zuhause. Das Zusammenleben ist sehr unkompliziert, Putzplan war bisher überflüssig...
Dein Zimmer ist ein schönes unmöbiliertes Altbauzimmer mit 18qm (und normal heller als auf den Fotos)
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Gürtel gelegen mit vielen Bars und einer sehr entspannten Atmosphäre. Es gibt den Yppenplatz und einige gute und günstige Restaurants. Die Anbindung durch die U Bahn direkt vor der Tür ist super. Supermärkte und viel Einzelhandel gibt es auch um die Ecke.
