Das Zimmer ist in etwa 15m2 groß und sehr hell (Morgensonne). Die Fenster sind zum Garten gerichtet, weshalb das Zimmer außerdem auch sehr ruhig ist. Die Wohnung hat außer den beiden (Schlaf-)Zimmern noch eine geräumige Küche inklusive Sitz- und Essmöglichkeiten, ein Badezimmer mit Wanne, ein davon getrenntes WC und einen Vorraum. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 430 € (inkl. Internet, Netflix, Amazon -> 450€ inkl. Heizung, Warmwasser und Strom) und Kaution beträgt 1000 €. Das Zimmer kann teilmöbliert oder unmöbliert übernommen werden.

the room is ~ 14m2 big and quite bright. (Morning sun) The windows are facing the backyard, it is a very green and quiet place. The flat has beside the two bedrooms a commodious kitchen, an anterroom and bathroom and toilet are separated. The rent is 450 € (WiFi, Netflix, Amazon and everything else included) (Deposit is 1000€) The room can be rented with some of the furniture.
The location here in the middle of the 8th district could not be better, right on the doorstep tram lines 5 and 33, otherwise the lines 2 (5min) and 43/44 (8 min), U6 and U2 in about 10 minutes fast within walking distance. In 15 minutes you can walk to the main university or the TU, in ten minutes to the campus!
You would live together with Sigi and her two sweet cats. The cats hang out at home most of the time, so you should like cats.
Die Lage hier mitten im 8. Bezirk könnte nicht besser sein; direkt vor der Haustür fahren die Straßenbahnlinien 5 und 33, sonst sind die Linien 2 (5min) und 43/44 (8 min), U6 und U2 in ca. 10 min schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. In 15 Minuten bist du zu Fuß bei der Hauptuni (Schottentor) oder der TU und in zehn Minuten beim Campus!
