I am renting out a 14m2 room in an absolutely prime location: 8th district, right behind the town hall, 2 minutes by foot to the U2 “Rathaus”, 7 minutes to U3 “Volkstheater”. The tram line number 2 is on the doorstep and the 33, 5 or D can be reached within 7 minutes. The supermarkets Spar (5 minutes), Billa (3 minutes) are within walking distance. Everything else is close by including very good restaurants.
The room is bright, very quiet and is located in a top renovated apartment including a marble bathroom with bathtub and shower, poggenpohl kitchen with gas stove and a big living room with a view on the courtyard.
All necessary furniture is included in the price: a double bed with an extremely comfortable medical mattress and a wardrobe. Office table and chair can be added if desired.
The monthly rent is 490 euros including cleaning, gas/electricity, internet and operating costs – It is an all-inclusive price with no hidden costs. Two months’ rent deposit will be kept for possible damages or rent arrears. For a viewing, please send me a message.
