Wir vermieten zwei Zimmer in einer großen gemeinsamen Wohnung. Die beiden Zimmer sind miteinander verbunden und vom Rest der Wohnung getrennt, so dass es sehr ruhig und gemütlich ist. Es fühlt sich an wie eine kleine separate Wohnung in der großen Wohnung. Küche und Bad werden mit 4 anderen Personen geteilt, alles sehr freundliche Menschen. Wir bieten ein großes privates Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, Arbeitsbereich, Sofa. Es ist sehr hell und geräumig. Direkt daneben befindet sich das ruhige Schlafzimmer mit einem 180cm Bett, Fernseher und Stauraum.
Im Rest der Wohnung gibt es eine große Küche mit einer kleinen Sitzecke, zwei Bäder und einen Balkon.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer schönen Gegend mit vielen tollen Restaurants und Cafés und einem kleinen Park direkt gegenüber dem Haus.
Die Lage ist sehr gut angebunden, Straßenbahnstation und U-Bahn gleich um die Ecke und es sind 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Rathaus, Museumsviertel oder andere Highlights von Wien.
Die zwei Zimmer sind nur für den Zeitraum 24.07.2023 - 20.08.2023 zur Zwischenvermietung frei.

We are renting out two rooms in a huge shared apartment. It feels like a little separate apartment in the big flat. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with 4 other people all very friendly people.
we offer a big private living room with eating table, workspace, sofa. It’s very bright and spacious. Right next to it is the quiet bedroom with a 180cm bed, tv and storage space. The two rooms are connected and separate from the rest of the apartment, so it’s very quiet and cosy.
In the rest of the flat is a big kitchen with a small sitting space, two bathrooms and a balcony.
It is located in a beautiful area with lots of great restaurants and cafes and a little park just opposite the house.
It is also very well connected, tram station and subway right around the corner and it’s a 15 min walk to Rathaus, museums quater or other highlights of Vienna.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr praktisch in Mitten des belebten und beliebten 8. Bezirks. Gleich gegenüber befindet sich der Hamerlingpark der sich gerade im Sommer sehr gemütlich anbietet. Die Straßenbahnstationen Florianigasse und Albertgasse mit den Linien 5, 33 und 2 sind innerhalb 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Die U-Bahn Station Josefstädterstraße (U6) ist 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Busstation Lederergasse (13A) ist 5 Minuten entfernt.
Ein Billa liegt schräg gegenüber, ein Spar, DM und Bipa sind in unmittelbarer nähe. Generell gibt es im achten bezirk sehr viele kleine nette Läden, Cafes, Bars, Restaurants und die Uni ist mit dem Rad auch nur 5min entfernt.
The apartment is very conveniently located in the middle of the lively and popular 8th district. Opposite is the Hamerlingpark, which is very cozy, especially in summer. The Florianigasse and Albertgasse tram stations with lines 5, 33 and 2 can be reached on foot within 1 minute. The underground station Josefstädterstraße (U6) is 6 minutes away on foot. The Lederergasse bus station (13A) is 5 minutes away.
A Billa is diagonally opposite, a Spar, DM and Bipa are in the immediate vicinity. In general, there are a lot of nice little shops, cafes, bars, restaurants in the eighth district and the university is only 5 minutes away by bike.
Wir sind Leonie, Feta, Christoph, und Fintan. Wir studieren und arbeiten, machen Musik und Sport, kochen und trinken miteinander. Es ist immer was los, man kann sich aber natürlich auch einfach zurück ziehen.
Ein rücksichtsvoller und diskriminierungsfreier Umgang sind das wichtigste, ansonsten kann man sich hier sehr frei ausleben.
Die WG ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und noch mehr. Sie besteht aus 5 Zimmern, einem großen Wohnzimmer, einer großen Küche, einem Bad, ein weiteres Klo und einem großem Flur. Außerdem gibt es noch einen kleinen Balkon und einen Hinterhof für Fahrräder.
We are Leonie, Feta, Christoph, und Fintan. We study and work, make music, art and sport, cook and drink together. There is always something going on, but of course you can also just withdraw.
A considerate and non-discriminatory approach is the most important thing, otherwise you can live it out here very freely.
The WG is equipped with everything you need and more. It consists of 5 rooms, a large living room, a large kitchen, a bathroom, another toilet, and a large hallway. There is also a small balcony and a backyard for bicycles.
Eine Besichtigung können wir auch gerne über Skype oder so machen.
