Das Zimmer ist 18m² groß und möbliert wie in den Bildern ersichtlich. Das Zimmer ist ruhig, daher kannst du dich konzentrieren oder entspannen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, das Internet schnell und Handtücher sowie Bettwäsche ist vorhanden. Weil es eine Dachgeschosswohnung ist, wird es im Sommer mal schon etwas wärmer, als in einer Erdgeschosswohnung.
Wir sind in Mitten des 8. Bezirks und daher Zentral. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Billa, Hofer oder Apotheke kannst du zu fuß in 1-6min erreichen. Öffe Anschlüsse 13A, Bim 5, 33, 43, 44 gibt es sehr nah in 5min. Zum Stadtzentrum brauchst du nur 15min und zu den Bögen für Bars oder Konzerte auch nur 15min.
Mit dir werden Johanna (26, studiert ergotherapie) und Alex (26, studiert psychologie & arbeitet) leben.
Wir mögen es in der WG gemeinsam zu essen, trinken und quatschen. Daher wäre es schön wenn du in die WG passen würdest. Alex ist aus NRW und spielt gerne Gitarre. Johanna macht fitness boxing und relaxt gerne bei einem Bier am Abend.
Es gibt einen Balkon den wir uns gemeinsam mit anderen WG's teilen. Wir haben keinen Putzplan aber du solltest wissen wie die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber gehalten werden. Es gibt einen Lift in den fünften Stock. Und wir haben sogar eine DeLonghi Kaffeemaschine.

The room is 18m² big and furnished like in the pictures. The room is calm, therefore you can concentrate or relax. The kitchen is fully equipped, the internet fast and towel or bedsheets are present.
Because it's the top floor, we can't deny that during the summer, the flat is more warm than a groundfloor apartment.
Location:
We are in the middle of the 8th district, therefore central. Grocerieshops like Billa, Hofer, or Apothek are reachable in 1-6 walking minutes. Public transport connections 13A, Bim 5, 33, 43, 44 are very close in 5minutes.
To the city center it take you only 15min. To the 'Bögen' for bars and concerts also only 15 min.
Living:
With you will live Johanna (26, studying ergotherapy) and Alex (26, studying psychology &working).
In the flat we like to eat and drink and talk together. So it's important that you fit in :)
Johanna likes to do fitness boxing or relaxing with good food or beer.
Alex is from Germany NRW and likes to play the guitar! :)
Additional:
There is a balkony we are sharing with other flats of the house. We don't have a cleaning schedulde but you should be kind of tidy and know how to do. There is an ellevator into the 5th floor.
We even have a DeLonghi coffee machine.
