In unserer WG ist ab Ende März ein 12m2 Zimmer frei.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 200m2 und liegt im Herzen der Josefstadt, 8. Bezirk, Wien, direkt neben dem Hamerlingpark. Es gibt super Transportanschlüsse U6,U2,2,5,33,43,44,46,13A alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und das Fenster geht in den ruhigen Innenhof. Es ist zwar klein, aber im Vorraum gibt es einen großen Einbauschrank von dem ein Teil fix zum kleinen Zimmer gehört. Früher war auch ein Hochbett drinnen, die Dübel sind noch in der Wand. Die Wohnung hat eine große Küche, 2 WCs, Bad und einen kleine Balkon.

The apartment is 200m2 in total and is located in the heart of Josefstadt, 8th district, Vienna, right next to Hamerlingpark. There are super transport connections U6, U2, 2, 5, 33, 43, 44, 46, 13A, all within walking distance. The room is very bright and the window faces the quiet inner courtyard. Although it is small, but there is a is a large built-in closet that can be used. The apartment has a large kitchen, 2 toilets and a small balcony.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße in Mitten des 8. Bezirks. Gleich gegenüber befindet sich der Hamerlingpark der gerade im Sommer sehr gemütlich ist mit Tischtennistischen und vielne Bänken und Tischen.
Die Straßenbahnstationen Florianigasse und Albertgasse mit den Linien 5, 33 und 2 sind innerhalb 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Die U-Bahn Station Josefstädterstraße (U6) und die U-Bahn Station Rathaus (U2) sind jeweils 6 Minuten und 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Busstation Lederergasse (13A) ist 5 Minuten entfernt.
Ein Billa liegt schräg gegenüber. Ein Spar, DM und Bipa sind 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und in der Umgebung sind viele nette Lokale, Kaffehäuser und Bars.
The apartment is in a quiet one-way street in the middle of the 8th district. Right across the street is the Hamerlingpark, which is very comfortable, especially in summer, with table tennis tables and lots of benches and tables.
The tram stations Florianigasse and Albertgasse with lines 5, 33 and 2 can be reached within 1 minute on foot. The subway station Josefstädterstraße
(U6) and the subway station Rathaus (U2) are respectively 6 minutes and 8 minutes walk away. The bus station Lederergasse (13A) is 5 minutes away.
A Billa is diagonally opposite. Ein Spar, DM and Bipa are a 2 minute walk away and there are many nice eateries, coffee houses and bars in the area.
Wir sind Christoph, Laura, Fintan, Jakob und ich (Nora). Christoph arbeitet als psychatrischer Krankenpfleger, Fintan arbeitet im Filmmuseum, und Jakob und ich studieren an der Akademie der bildenden Künste und sind als freischaffend im Musik- und Theaterbereich tätig und Laura studiert Gender Studies.
Wir legen Wert auf Sauberkeit, einmal in der Woche kommt für die gemeinsam genutzten Räume wie Bad und Küche eine Reinigungskraft (ist im Preis schon inkludiert).
Wir kennen uns alle schon länger, und gehen gerne zusammen was trinken oder zu Konzeren oder Ausstellungen. Hin und wieder veranstalten wir auch WG Parties, da laden wir Leute ein, es wir Musik aufgelegt, getanzt, Karaoke gesungen :) Ein rücksichtsvoller Umgang miteinander ist uns natürlich sehr wichtig und dass man alles gut ausreden kann.
Wir sind also keine reine Zweck-WG und suchen jemanden der gut zu uns passt und ähnliche Interessen hat.
We are Christoph, Laura, Fintan, Jakob and I (Nora). Christoph works as a psychiatric nurse, Fintan works in the film museum and Jakob and I study at the Academy of Fine Arts and work as freelancers in the music and theater fields and Laura is studying Gender Studies.
Cleanliness is important to us, once a week a cleaning person comes to the common areas such as the bathroom and kitchen (already included in the price).
We've all known each other for a long time and like going out for a drink, to concerts or exhibitions together. And we organize WG Parties from time to time where we invite people, play music, karaoke, dance etc. :) Of course, it is very important to us that we treat each other with respect and that you can talk about everything.
So we are not just a flat share and are looking for someone who fits in well with us and has similar interests.
Bevorzugt suchen wir jemanden der unsere Interessen teilt. Wir sind Kulturliebhaber und feiern auch alle ganz gern :) wir gehen öfters zu Konzerten, ins Theater zu Vernissagen oder einfach was trinken, sind Fans von Musik, Filmen, Essen und Humor.
We are preferably looking for someone who shares our interests. We are culture lovers, we often go to concerts, openings or in Bars, we are fans of music, films, food and, humor.
