Ich werde ab Oktober für ca. ein halbes Jahr verreisen und meine WG sucht daher eine/n Zwischenmieter/-in! (bevorzugt eine Frau um die WG im Gleichgewicht zu halten ;) )
Das Zimmer ist kompakt, aber sehr funktionell. Die 3,4m Raumhöhe erlauben ein sehr stabiles Hochbett mit 1.40 m Breite, was die Nutzfläche deutlich erhöht. Unter dem Bett befinden sich Regale und ein Schreibtisch und ein gemütlicher Hocker lädt zum Verweilen am Fenster ein. Obwohl die Fenster zur Tigergasse raus gehen, ist es dank der modernen Fenster ruhig in der Nacht.
Im 5qm großen, baulich abgetrennten Vorraum befindet sich der große Kleiderschrank.

I'm going to travel for circa half a year from october on and my flatmates are looking for a new person for my room! (girls are preferred, to maintain a balance in the flat ;) )
The room is little but very functional. The 3.4m room height allows a loft bed with a width of 1.40 m, which significantly increases the usable area. Below you find a desk and shelves and next to the window is a cosy stool. Even though the window goes right to the street, it is quiet as the windows are modern.
The large wardrobe is located in the 5 sqm large, structurally separated anteroom.

Unsere WG befindet sich in top Lage im 8. Bezirk mit sehr guter Öffi-Anbindung. Die Station Albertgasse mit den Linien 2, 5 und 33 befindet sich gleich um’s Eck, zur U6 Station Josefstädter Straße braucht man 5 Minuten zu Fuß und auch 46, 48A, 13A und U2 sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Spar-Markt ist gleich gegenüber, Hofer und Billa auch in Laufnähe und in der Gegend gibt es zahlreiche nette Bars, Restaurants, Läden und den kleinen aber netten Tigerpark sowie den größeren Hamerlingpark. Im großen und ganzen eine schöne und vornehme Wohngegend.

Our WG is in a top location in the 8th district with very good public transport connections. The station Albertgasse with the lines 2, 5 and 33 is just around the corner, to the U6 station Josefstädter Straße you need 5 minutes by foot and also 46, 48A, 13A and U2 are within walking distance. A Spar market is just across the road and severall other supermarket are in walking distance. In the area there are many nice bars, restaurants, shops and the small but nice Tigerpark and the larger Hamerlingpark. By and large a beautiful and distinguished residential area.

Bei uns wird gerne etwas gemeinsam unternommen, gekocht, getrunken und oft und lange in unserer gemütlichen Küche zusammengesessen. Über jemand der/die sich dabei gerne mal anschließt, freuen wir uns ganz besonders.
