Dear flat-seeker,
We are renting out two rooms from June to July with the possibility to extend it to August.
You will live with Gleb, Anca and Chris. We all have our routines and consider us organised but easy-going. Keeping up a good energy in our flat makes it home for everyone. Therefore communication is key. One of the best things of the flat is it's vastness, so even though there a five of us, there is always enough space for everyone.

You will live with Gleb, Chris and Anca. Gleb (27) lives the longest in Vienna as well as in the flat. As a skilled web programmer and art enthusiast, his dedication to his craft is mirrored by his commitment to maintaining a healthy physique. Whether engaging in rigorous exercise or socialising, Gleb presents himself with an effortless charm and an ability to enliven any gathering.
Chris (32) works in film and is currently pursuing his master degree. Spending his time with fellow humans over a fine brewage in Vienna’s finest taverns is one of his preferred activities. This more hedonistic lifestyle is compensated with bjj, bouldering or yoga as a regenerating measure. As a cinephile he will occasionally force you to watch some unknown films but don’t worry, nothing to arthousy.
Anca (26) considers herself as a soil-person and is finishing her master degree at the BoKu. She has a poster of different kinds of fungi in her room. Yes, she’s that kind of a person. The Flemish positive power bundle likes to engage in debates of any topic and is a real treat for any social event.
Our cuisine ranges from Russian hearty, rustic dishes, to Asian heavy-on-chilli and Sichuan peppered meals to Neapolitan home made pizza. Coffee lovers meet tea enthusiasts. Fine wine or Belgium premium beer, it’s basically a spa for your taste-buds.

You will have the pleasure of owning two rooms: one bedroom (7m2) facing the lightwell, small but cosy, and one office (12m2) or whatever you want to transform into. Since the bedroom borders two the bathroom and your "office" it's a very quiet and peaceful place.
Bordering to the 1. district, our area has a lot to offer. Take a spin on google maps and check it out for yourself.
