Das Zimmer
Hi, meine Mitbewohnerin zieht ab 01.08 aus und deshalb bin ich auf der Suche nach einer/einem neuen Mitbewohner/in. Bei dem Zimmer handelt es sich um ein sehr helles, nicht möbliertes lichtdurchflutetes 18m^2 Zimmer im schönen 9. Bezirk. Das Zimmer ist wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen ist recht quadratisch geschnitten und verfügt über zwei große Fenster zur Nußdorfer Straße hinaus. Angrenzend an das Zimmer befindet sich mein Zimmer welches durch eine Tür miteinander verbunden ist. Diese haben wir wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen ist etwas isoliert und kann auch als kleiner Stauraum verwendet werden. Der Vorhang könnte nach belieben so in dem Zimmer verbleiben. Mein Zimmer welches ebenfalls auf den Bildern zu sehen ist (Zimmer 2) ist etwas größer als das andere. Teil der Wohnung ist auch ein Innenhof in dem du dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst. Mit meiner alten Mitbewohnerin haben wir uns die komplette Miete trotzdem halbiert da es ansonsten für uns zu teuer gewesen wäre. Es wäre schön, wenn dies auch in Zukunft so möglich wäre um weiterhin halbwegs bezahlbar wohnen zu können. Sonst kann das Zimmer auch getauscht werden und ich könnte in das kleinere Zimmer ziehen, würde dann allerdings meine Couch in dem größeren Zimmer belassen da ansonsten kein Platz dafür ist. Wenn noch irgendwelche Fragen offen sind gerne einfach melden! :)

The room
Hi, my roommate is moving out from 01.08 and therefore I am looking for a new roommate. The room is a very bright, unfurnished light-flooded 18m^2 room in the beautiful 9th district. The room is as you can see on the pictures quite square cut and has two large windows facing Nußdorfer Straße. Adjacent to the room is my room which is connected by a door. This we have as can be seen in the pictures is somewhat isolated and can also be used as a small storage space. The curtain could remain in the room as desired. My room which can also be seen on the pictures (room 2) is slightly larger than the other. Part of the apartment is also a courtyard where you can park your bike. With my old roommate we have halved the complete rent anyway because otherwise it would have been too expensive for us. It would be nice if this would also be possible in the future to continue to live halfway affordable. Otherwise, the room can also be swapped and I could move into the smaller room, but then I would leave my couch in the larger room because otherwise there is no space for it. Zur Lage
Die Wohnung befindet in der Nußdorfer Straße 31. Hier ist alles was du brauchst sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen und in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ziemlich direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Spar-Gourmet welcher 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Zum Franz-Josef-Bahnhof läuft man ungefähr 10 Minuten, dort befindet sich ein Billa welcher jeden Tag (ja auch sonntags) bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet hat. Hier fahren auch verschiedene Fernzüge in Richtung Tulln, Krems etc. Auch befindet sich nicht weit entfernt (zu Fuß 8-10 Minuten) ein Hofer welcher sich ebenfalls gut zum einkaufen eignet. Bipa und DM sind auch direkt um die Ecke und keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Anbindung zum ÖPNV ist ebenfalls sehr gut und so fährt direkt vor der Haustür die 37 und 38. Nicht weit entfernt am Spar-Gourmet fahren die Linien 5, 33 und 40a. Zur U6 Haltestelle Volksoper/Währinger Straße sind es zu Fuß ungefähr 10 Minuten und zur U4 Haltestelle Friedensbrücke ebenfalls ungefähr 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Generell ist der 9. Bezirk ein etwas ruhigerer und ein recht wohnlicher Bezirk. Die Nußdorfer Straße erscheint durchaus recht groß ist aber vom Lärm meiner Meinung nach völlig okay, vor allem Nachts ist eigentlich ab 12 Uhr nichts mehr zu hören und bei geschlossenem Fenster sowieso nicht.
About the location
The apartment is located at Nußdorfer Straße 31, where everything you need is within walking distance. Pretty directly opposite is a Spar-Gourmet which is 1-2 minutes walk away. To the Franz-Josef train station you walk about 10 minutes, there is a Billa which is open every day (yes, even Sundays) until 22:00. There are also various long-distance trains in the direction of Tulln, Krems, etc.. Also not far away (on foot 8-10 minutes) is a Hofer which is also good for shopping. Bipa and DM are also just around the corner and not 5 minutes walk away.
The connection to the public transport is also very good and so directly in front of the door drives the 37 and 38. Not far away at the Spar-Gourmet drive the lines 5, 33 and 40a. To the U6 stop Volksoper/Währinger Straße it takes about 10 minutes by foot and to the U4 stop Friedensbrücke also about 10 minutes by foot.
In general, the 9th district is a somewhat quieter and a fairly residential district. The Nußdorfer Straße seems quite large, but the noise is in my opinion completely okay, especially at night is actually from 12 clock nothing more to hear and with closed windows anyway.
Zu mir & WG-Leben
Ich Marius wäre dann dein neuer Mitbewohner :) Ich bin 26 und studiere zurzeit an der Boku im Master Weinbau&Oenologie und Weinwirtschaft. Meinen Bachelor habe ich davor in Deutschland in Richtung Weinbau&Oenologie in Geisenheim absolviert und bin für den Master im September letzten Jahres nach Wien gezogen.
In meiner Freizeit verbringe sehr gerne Zeit auf meinem Rennrad oder bin sonst sehr gerne draußen unterwegs in Parks, Donauinsel etc. Natürlich mag ich es auch gerne mal tanzen zu gehen oder mich in diversen Bars oder Kneipen rumzutreiben. Und ja, ich trinke ich auch gerne Wein oder zwei und kenne mich offensichtlich auch sehr gut damit aus, hehe. Sonst habe ich ein Fabel für gutes Essen und koche auch ganz gerne. Somit bin ich offen für diverse Kochaktionen und gemütliche Abende mit Wein oder auch mal feiern zu gehen oder sich auf den Straßen Wiens rumzutreiben.
Das WG-Leben stelle ich mir als entspannte Koexistenz vor in dem respektvoll miteinander umgegangen wird und generell eine recht lockere Atmosphäre herrscht. Am besten lernt man sich natürlich einfach mal bei einer WG Besichtigung kennen um zu schauen ob's passt.
About me & WG life
I Marius would be your new roommate :) I am 26 and currently studying at the Boku in the Master Viticulture&Oenology and Wine Economics. I completed my bachelor's degree in Germany in the field of viticulture and enology in Geisenheim and moved to Vienna for my master's degree last September.
In my free time I like to spend time on my racing bike or I like to be outside in parks, Donauinsel etc.. Of course I also like to go dancing or hang out in various bars or pubs. And yes, I also like to drink wine or two and obviously know a lot about it, hehe. Otherwise I have a fable for good food and I also like to cook. So I'm open for various cooking events and cozy evenings with wine or even go partying or hanging out on the streets of Vienna.
The WG life I imagine as a relaxed coexistence in which respectful to each other is dealt with and generally a fairly relaxed atmosphere prevails. Of course, the best way to get to know each other is to visit a shared flat to see if it fits.
