Hi, ich werde im April nicht in Wien sein und biete mein Zimmer daher an :) Die genauen Tage sind noch nicht fixiert, aber da wir ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafmöglichkeit haben, finden wir eine Lösung.
Zur Mitbenutzung wären Küche, Bad/WC und großer Vorraum.
Im Zimmer ist ein großes Bett, ein Schreibtisch, eine Couch 2 Sessel und 1 Seite vom Kleiderschrank für dich.
Super Lage direkt am Schottentor bzw. altes AKH
Normalerweise gibt es einen Mitbewohner - er ist im April aber auch nicht in Wien. Du hast die Wohnung also ganz für dich :-)
Aber auch wenn niemand weiter da ist, legen wir Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit, übertreiben aber auch nicht. Ein Common Sense, dass sich das Geschirr nicht stapeln sollte und auch mal durchgesaugt werden muss, sollte aber da sein :)
Du solltest entspannt aber ordentlich sein, ein bisschen WG Erfahrung mitbringen. Und meine Pflanzen mal gießen. Ansonsten nichts - ist ja nur ein Monat ;)
