Hei du,
das Zimmer ist 24 qm groß, du hast also genug Platz, dich auszubreiten :) Die Fenster gehen zum Innenhof heraus, der ist schön ruhig und grün.
Das Zimmer wird möbiliert übergeben (2 Schränke, ein Schreibtisch + Stuhl und ein Bett, das auf den Bildern noch nicht zu sehen ist). Es gibt außerdem einen Aufzug, der einem das Leben unheimlich erleichtert!
Es gibt eine schöne Küche, mit genügend Stauraum. Seit Juni haben wir übrigens einen neuen Kühlschrank (mit großem Kühlfach!) Der ebenfalls genügend Stauraum bietet.
Im Bad gibt es ein WC, Waschbecken mit Spiegelschrank und Unterschrank und Dusche.
Mehr gibt es zu dem Zimmer eigentlich nicht zu sagen, am besten schaust du es dir in einfach an (offline oder über Zoom) .

Hey there,
the room is 24 sqm, so you have enough space to spread out :) The windows go out to the courtyard, which is quiet and green.
The room is handed over furnished (2 wardrobes, a desk + chair and a bed, which is not yet visible in the pictures). There is also an elevator, which makes life incredibly easier!
There is a nice kitchen, with enough storage space. By the way, since June we have a new refrigerator (with a large freezer!) Which also offers enough storage space.
In the bathroom there is a toilet, sink with mirror cabinet and base cabinet and shower.
There is nothing more to say about the room, it's best to just look at it (offline or via Zoom).
Die Wohnung (meiner Meinung nach) ist in einer der schönsten Gegenden in Wien, dem Servitenviertel. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Donaukanal und in 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad auf der Donauinsel. Im 1. Bezirk bist du zu Fuß in 15 Minuten und im 7. in etwa 25.
Aber auch hier in der Gegend hast du alles, was du brauchst: schöne Cafés, kleine Läden und alle Supermärkte, die du brauchst (Denns, Spar, Billa, Bipa) und am Donnerstag gibt es auch einen Bauernmarkt gleich in der Nähe.

The apartment (in my opinion) is in one of the most beautiful areas in Vienna, the Servitenviertel. In 5 minutes you can walk to the Danube Canal and in 20 minutes by bike to the Danube Island. In the 1st district you are in 15 minutes by foot and in the 7th in about 25.
But also here in the area you have everything you need: nice cafes, small stores and all the supermarkets you need (Denns, Spar, Billa, Bipa) and on Thursday there is also a farmers market right nearby.
Ich ziehe zu Ende Juni aus und daher wird mein Zimmer ab 5. Juli frei. Lisa (meine und dann deine Mitbewohnerin) und ich suchen nun zusammen eine Zwischenmieterin für das Zimmer für Juli.
Lisa hat bis jetzt mit einer ihrer besten Freundinnen zusammen gelebt und würde ich sich wünschen, dass es keine Zweck WG wird und sie auch in Zukunft mit einer Person zusammen Leben würde, mit der sie gemeinsam kochen, morgens zusammen Kaffee trinken oder gemeinsame Ausflüge unternehmen kann (im Sommer zur Donauinsel radeln und baden, abends fort gehen und so weiter :) Sie spricht sehr gut und gerne englisch.
Da die Wohnung recht hellhörig ist (Altbau & Nachbarn) sind Partys eher nicht so drin. Aaaber falls man doch mal feiern will, sind die Grelle Forelle, das Werk und das Flex auch ganz einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Mixer, Reiskocher, Küchenmaschine und Jogurtbereiter. Kochabenden steht also nichts im Weg!
Bezüglich Mietdauer: drei Wochen oder weniger Zwiwchenmiete zwischen 8. Juli und 29. Juli. Kosten pro Woche 169 Euro.

I am moving out at the end of June and therefore my room will be vacant from July 5. Lisa (my and then your roommate) and I are now looking together for a new resident for the room for July.
Lisa has lived together with one of her best friends until now and I would like it not to be a purpose WG and she would also in the future live together with a person with whom she can cook together, drink coffee together in the morning or go on trips together (in the summer to the Danube Island bike and swim, go away in the evening and so on :) She speaks english very well and with pleasure.
Since the apartment is quite clearaudient (old building & neighbors) parties are rather not so in. Buuut if you want to celebrate but times, the Grelle Forelle, the factory and the Flex are also quite easy to reach on foot.
The kitchen is fully equipped with blender, rice stove, food processor and yogurt maker. So nothing stands in the way of cooking evenings!
Regarding rental period: 3 weeks from July 8 to July 29 or fewer are possible. Rent is 169 Euro per week.
