die wohnung hat ca. 96 m2 und liegt im 4. stock (ohne lift). das zimmer hat ca. 13 m2 und ist hof- und westseitig ausgerichtet, ist also hell und ruhig!
momentan ist das zimmer unmöbliert, wir besorgen aber nach absprache gerne noch bett, matratze, usw.
die wohnung hat außerdem einen mini-balkon (eher zum rauchen oder für kräuter oder so) und neben der küche noch ein kleines gemeinschaftszimmer.

the apartment is around 96 m2 and is on the 4th floor (and we don't have an elevator). the room is around 13 m2 and looks out onto the courtyard, it is quiet and has sun during the afternoon!
at the moment, the room is empty, but depending on what you need we can provide a bed, mattress, etc.
the apartment also has a tiny balcony (mainly usable for smoking and growing herbs) and next to the kitchen we also have another small common room.
die wohnung ist am ende der liechtensteinstraße, nähe nussdorferstraße und spittelau, also U6 und U4 anbindung (beides 5-10 minuten entfernt). straßenbahnen sind außerdem D (2 minuten), 37 & 38 (ca. 5min), 33 & 5 (ca. 7 minuten) und der 40A ist auch nicht weit.
hofer, billa und bipa sind super nah, ein spar auch nicht weit und einige nette restaurants oder bars sind auch in der nähe.
achja und natürlich der billa am franz-josefs-bahnhof der jeden tag (auch sonntags!) bis 22 uhr geöffnet ist.
und der donaukanal ist auch super nah zum entspannen und so

the apartment is located towards the end of liechtensteinstraße, close to nußdorferstraße and spittelau, so we are close to the U6 and U4 (both are a 5-10 minute walk away). there's also some trams: D (2 minute walk), 37 & 38 (5 minute walk), 33 & 5 (7 minute walk) and the bus 40A also isn't far away.
in case you are not from vienna/don't know much about the city yet: the public transport around here is really nice and will take you anywhere fairly quickly (:
hofer, billa and bipa are super close, spar is closeby too and there's also some nice restaurants and bars in the area. additionally there's also the billa at franz-josefs-bahnhof which is open every day of the week (even on sundays) until 10 pm!
the danube canal is also really close for biking, jogging, just hanging out etc.
wir sind nikola (22) und alex (26), wir studieren beide (fotografie und literaturübersetzen) und alex arbeitet auch teilzeit. wir kochen recht oft miteinander oder schauen gemeinsam serien oder setzen uns an den donaukanal. manchmal sind wir allerdings auch mehr unterwegs und weniger oft zu hause und sehen uns dadurch auch weniger -- am ende bleibt es aber sowieso dir überlassen, wie viel zeit du mit uns verbringen willst bzw. wie viel du überhaupt da bist (:
wir wohnen beide schon ein jahr hier und sind dadurch schon gut aneinander gewöhnt. wir teilen relativ viel, es gibt einen putzplan, usw. wie wir das dann gemeinsam handhaben wollen, können wir gerne persönlich besprechen!
und auch noch wichtig: queer & 420 friendly
