Hey,
da ich von Januar bis Ende Juli ins Ausland gehe, suche ich eine*n Zwischenmieter*in für mein Zimmer in meiner WG am Hernalser Gürtel (9.Bezirk).
Das Zimmer ist vollständig mobiliert, sowie Küche und Wohnzimmer. Die WG ist super angebunden, man ist direkt bei der U6, 43er und 44er. Damit kommst du schnell zum Westbahnhof, zum Campus, zum Schottentor, sowie zur Uni Wien/BOKU/TU/WU.
Deine Mitbewohner*innen wären Tobi, Xenia, und Greta.
Tobi (24) studiert Raumplanung im Master, kennt alle Ecken Wiens und genießt gerne den ein oder anderen Aperol. Greta (19) hat ihr neues Leben in Wien mit uns begonnen und studiert Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaften an der WU, verbringt öfter mal die ein oder andere Stunde in der Bib, oder hopst hier und da mal in ein Museum, und ist mega lieb. Xenia (24) die WG Mama, studiert Lehramt und ist immer für einen gemütlichen Film oder einen guten Talk im Wohnzimmer bereit, um dir dein Leben zu versüßen!
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG (!!), sondern verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, trinken ein Bier oder einen Aperol am Balkon oder am Yppenplatz, kochen gemeinsam, schauen Filme (oder sehr oft auch Arte-Dokus), erkunden Wien/neue Cafés/Bars oder diskutieren über Gott und die Welt. Wir freuen uns daher, wenn du dich auch gerne ins WG-Leben einbringst.
Das Zimmer wäre von Anfang Januar bis Ende Juli frei (der Zeitpunkt des Auszuges kann evtl. auch etwas flexibler gestaltet werden).

As I'm going abroad from January to the end of July, I'm looking for a temporary tenant for my room in my shared flat on Hernalser Gürtel (9th district).
The room is fully furnished, as well as the kitchen and living room. The flat share is very well connected, you are right next to the underground lines U6, 43 and 44. This will take you quickly to Westbahnhof, the campus, Schottentor and the University of Vienna/BOKU/TU/WU.
Your flatmates would be Tobi, Xenia and Greta.
Tobi (24) is studying spatial planning, knows all the corners of Vienna and likes to enjoy an Aperol or two. Greta (19) has started her new life in Vienna with us and is studying economics and social sciences at WU, often spends an hour or two in the library, or hops into a museum here and there, and is super kind. Xenia (24), the flat-sharing mum, is studying to be a teacher and is always ready for a cosy film or a good chat in the living room to sweeten your life!
We are not a functional flat share (!!), but enjoy spending time together, drinking a beer or an Aperol on the balcony or at Yppenplatz, cooking together, watching films (or very often Arte documentaries), exploring Vienna/new cafés/bars or discussing God and the world. We would therefore be delighted if you would also like to get involved in shared flat life.
The room would be available from the beginning of January to the end of July (the time of moving out can possibly be arranged more flexibly).
