Gemütliches, großes Zimmer in schöner Altbau-WG im 9. Bezirk Alsergrund in Wien. Das Zimmer hat eine schöne Doppeltür und ist auf Grund der Höhe (3. OG) und der beiden Fenster sehr hell und gemütlich. Das Zimmer wird voll möbiliert überlassen und ich werde auf Grund der Kürze der Vermietung auch einige meiner Sachen drin lassen, es bleibt aber genug Platz, um Klamotten aufzuhängen & eigene Sachen unterzubringen (25m²).

Cozy, large room in beautiful old building shared apartment in the 9th district Alsergrund in Vienna. The room has a nice double door and is very bright and cozy due to the height (3rd floor) and the two windows. The room is fully furnished and I will leave due to the shortness of the lease also some of my things in it, but there is enough space to hang clothes & own things to accommodate (25m²).
Die Lage ist super, zur U6 Nußdorfer Straße und zur Canisiusgasse für die Linie 37/38 sind es jeweils nur etwa fünf Minuten, zur U4 Spittelau/Friedensbrücke jeweils ca. 10min.
Supermärkte Hofer & Billa sind ebenfalls etwa 5min zu Fuß entfernt, selbes gilt für dm, BIPA, usw. Der Billa am Franz-Josef-Bahnhof hat außerdem jeden Tag bis 10 Uhr abends geöffnet, auch sonn- und feiertags.
Mit dem Rad ist man außerdem superschnell in der Innenstadt, auf der Donauinsel usw.

The location is great, to the U6 Nußdorfer Straße and to Canisiusgasse for the line 37/38 it is only about five minutes, to the U4 Spittelau/Friedensbrücke each about 10min.
Supermarkets Hofer & Billa are also about 5min walk away, the same goes for dm, BIPA, etc.The Billa at Franz-Josef-Bahnhof is open every day until 10pm, also on Sundays and holidays.
By bike you are also super fast in the city center, on the Danube Island, etc.
In der WG wohnen außer mir noch Jakob, Lea & Luisa. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und verbringen sehr gerne Zeit miteinander, wenn es sich ergibt, sind allerdings auch alle öfters unterwegs. Gelegentlich kochen wir zusammen oder trinken gemeinsam etwas, gehen auf die Donauinsel, unterhalten uns in unserem Ess-/Wohnbereich etc. :)
Jakob studiert Physik und startet ab November seine Doktorarbeit. Ansonsten klettert er gerne, geht wandern und trifft sich mit Freund:innen.
Luisa studiert Biochemie & schreibt grade ihre Masterarbeit. Am liebsten verbringt sie ihre Zeit mit Sport, Freund:innen, Lesen, Musik hören, auf Festivals gehen usw.
Lea hat ihre Masterarbeit abgegeben & bereitet sich auf die Defensio vor und reist sonst gerne, trifft sich viel mit Freunden und ist für gutes Essen zu begeistern.

In addition to me, Jakob, Lea & Luisa live in the WG. We are not a purpose-built flat-sharing community and enjoy spending time together whenever we can, but we are also all out and about more often.
Occasionally we cook together or drink something together, go to the Danube Island, talk in our dining/living area, etc. :). :)
Jakob is studying physics and will start his PhD in November. Otherwise he likes to climb, go hiking and meet up with friends.
Luisa studies biochemistry and is writing her master thesis. She likes to spend her time with sports, friends, reading, listening to music, going to festivals, etc.
Lea has handed in her Master's thesis and is preparing for the Defensio. Otherwise she likes to travel, meet friends and enjoys good food.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer unter, da ich im September wegen Urlaub & Hochzeiten nicht in Wien sein werde. Die Monatsmiete für das Zimmer beträgt insgesamt 600€, ich freue mich über jeden Anteil davon, den ich mir in die Urlaubskasse stecken kann, ich bin demnach auch offen für kürzzeitigere Anfragen :)

I sublet the room as I will not be in Vienna in September due to vacations & weddings. The monthly rent for the room is 600€ in total, I am happy about any share of it that I can put into my vacation fund, I am accordingly also open to shorter-term requests :)
