Hello :) the room is very big with high ceilings and two windows that let in light all day. It is fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, couch, cabinets, and clothes hanger (everything you see in the pictures).
The flat is on a quiet street filled with trees, located between the U4 stations Roßsur Lände and Friendsbrücke, which both take about 4 minutes to walk to. And the Dona Kanal is just a few minutes walking and perfect to meet up with friends or go for a jog.
There is also the tram line D just 1 minute away.
Additionally, there is a Spar Gourmet, Spar, Hofer, Billa, Bipa, and DM all within 3 - 5 minutes walking distance. And the Billa is a Sunday Billa!
Close by we have many restaurants, cafés, and of course Augarten is only 10 minutes away!
In the flat there is Mariella (29) who has been living here the longest. She is currently studyig to become a therapist while also working part-time. Her boyfriend Clemens (32) will also move with her in November. He is a social worker. Finally, Sara (25) is here for 6 months doing an internship with the Swedish embassy.
The flatshare is friendly and all takes turns cleaning, buying shared things, and we meet ocassionally in the kitchen for a coffee or tea together or to share a meal.
All of the furniture will stay in the room as it is the property of the landlady. I would like to sell the bedding, which I bought only 3 months ago from Ikea, but we can discuss this when we meet :)
