Attention all apartment seekers! We have a great opportunity for you to become our new roommate in a bright and peaceful 25m2 room in Vienna. The room faces the street while ensuring a quiet and calm environment to study or relax.
You will be living with two friendly roommates, Amanda, a Phd student from Singapore, and Laura the French. We enjoy spending time together occasionally, such as brunches or dinner parties, but also value privacy and respect each other's space.
Our apartment is located on the 6th floor with an elevator and has a dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave for your convenience. The apartment is well-connected, with the U6, tram 5, 33, 37, 38, 40, and 41, all less than 5 minutes away, and U4 and Donaukanal less than a 15-minute walk. Billa, Hofer, DM, Spar, Bipa, Apotheke, Post, and plenty of green areas are all reachable within a 10-minute walk.
The location is perfect for students, with the University of Vienna just 5-10 minutes away, and WU and TU a 20-minute walk. The room is available from the beginning of January, and we are looking for a responsible and respectful person to join our community.
Rent is 600 Euros (gas, electricity, internet and maintenance included)
For all the furniture in the room 650 Euros of Ablöse is needed (it is same amount i paid when i moved in).
What is included in this Ablöse: Any furniture you see in the room, the gardrobe in the corridor, 1/3 of the washing machine, fridge and the dishwasher. BE AWARE! the coffee machine in the room is defect, however it may be repaired for 50 euros. If you'd like it can also be excluded from the Ablöse
What is NOT included in the Ablöse: Two bed pillows, LED Lightbulb of the standing lap (lamp itself will stay in the room), black office chair (brown chair is staying), clothes of the sofa
