Das WG-Zimmer der 3 Zimmerwohnung ist geräumig und getrennt zugänglich, wie am Lageplan ersichtlich. Schon am Morgen scheinen durch die zwei großen Fenster im Zimmer die Sonnenstrahlen und erhellen den ganzen Raum. Alle Zimmer sind mit den typischen Altbautüren und Parkett ausgestattet. Von den Fenstern aus blickt man auf die Himmelpfortstiege und die gegenüberliegende Wohnanlage. [Das Zimmer wird grundsätzlich unmöbliert zur Zwischenmiete (mit der Option auf Verlängerung) vermietet, bei Bedarf können allerdings Möbel zur Verfügung gestellt werden].
Vom Eingangsbereich aus kommt man direkt zu den nebeneinanderliegenden WG-Zimmern. Am Gang befindet sich ein kleines, aber feines Duschbad indem man alles findet, was man eben braucht. In der Mitte der Wohnung springt einem das Herzstück - die Küche - ins Auge, welche durch ihren Altbaucharme und den kleinen Esstisch zu gemeinsamen WG-Abenden einlädt. Wenn man den danach noch gemütlich ausklingen lassen möchte, eignet sich das Kabinett, welches als Wohnzimmer fungiert, wunderbar dazu. The shared-room of the 3-room apartment is spacious and separately accessible as shown on the map. In the morning hours the sun already shines through the two large windows in the room and illuminates the whole room. All rooms are equipped with typical old-style doors and parquet floors. The windows overlook the Himmelpfortstiege and the residential complex opposite. [The room is basically rented unfurnished for interim rental (with the option to extend), but furniture can be provided if necessary].
From the entrance area you have direct access to the adjacent shared rooms. In the corridor there is a small but nice bath where you can find everything you need. In the middle of the apartment, the centerpiece is the kitchen, which invites you to shared evenings in the flat on the small dining table. If you want to continue the evening comfortably afterwards, the cabinet is a good place to go.
Die Wohnung befindet sich zentral im 9. Bezirk Nähe Nußdorferstraße. Zu den Straßenbahnlinien 5, 37, 38 und sind es ca. 4-5 Gehminuten, zur Bim-Station Canisiusgasse nur 2 Min. und zu den U-Bahn-Stationen Friedensbrücke (U4) und Nußdorferstraße (U6) ca. 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist generell gut an das Öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden und die meisten Distanzen belaufen sich auf 30 Min. Die Hauptuni ist nur 15 Min. entfernt.
The apartment is centrally located in the 9th district near Nußdorferstraße. To the tram lines 5, 37, 38 and it is about 4-5 minutes walk, to the Bim-Station Canisiusgasse only 2 minutes and to the subway stations Friedensbrücke (U4) and Nußdorferstraße (U6) about 10 minutes. The apartment is generally well connected to the public transport network and most distances are in 30 minutes doable. The main university is only 15 minutes away.
Hii:), ich bin Laura, 22 und studiere Politikwissenschaften an der Uni Wien. Ich bin eigentlich für jeden Spaß zu haben, also von gemütlichen WG-Abenden, über politisches Engagement, bis hin zur ein oder anderen Partynacht (natürlich nur wenn gewünscht).
Die meiste Zeit pendle ich in meinem Alltag allerdings zwischen Uni und Wohnung hin und her und freue mich dann auf einen entspannten Abend auf der Couch. Ich koche außerdem sehr gerne, oft vegetarisch oder vegan und würd mich über den ein oder anderen gemeinsamen Kochabend freuen :)
Hii:), I'm Laura, 22 and I'm studying political science at the University of Vienna. Actually, I'm up for everyone to have fun, from cozy flat-share evenings, to political engagement, to one or the other night of partying. (of course only if desired)
Most of my day-to-day life, however, I commute back and forth between the university and the apartment and then look forward to a relaxed evening on the couch. I also like to cook mostly vegetarian or vegan and would be happy about one or two cooking evenings together :)
Bisher wurde in der Küche und im Kabinett hin und wieder geraucht, das kann gerne so fortgeführt, oder auf Wunsch auch gerne ganz gelassen werden.
