Hi, ich bin Max und mache ein Auslandssemester in Berlin. Daher will ich für diese Zeit mein Zimmer vermieten.
Zum Zimmer
Es ist ein geräumiges Altbauzimmer mit eigenem Balkon auf der ruhigen Innenhof Seite. Durch das Hochbett ist nochmal mehr Platz gewonnen und darunter ist eine Sportecke mit Schaukel, Turnringen und Trapez. Über der Couch ist eine Beamerplattform von der man auf die gegenüberliegende Wand Projizieren kann (Beamer ist derzeit keiner vorhanden). Rauchen bitte nur am Balkon! Ich kann den Geruch von Rauch nicht ausstehen. Weil ich nicht alles mitnehmen kann wird es nicht ganz leer sein. Es wird aber noch deutlich leerer werden. Fix bleiben wird: Bett, Couch, Regal, 1 Schreibtisch, mind 1 Teppich und Bücher und so. Aber keine sorge, du wirst deinen Platz für deine Sachen bekommen.
Zur Wohnung
Die Wohnung hat gesamt 100 m^2. Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Bad Mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. der Vorraum und ein Kammerl hinter der Küche mit einem Gästebett. Geheizt wird über die Fernwärme und wir haben Programmierbare Thermostate in den Zimmern. Ist im Sommer allerdings nicht notwendig.
Hi, I'm Max and I'm going to spend the summer semester in Berlin, thus i want to rent out my room for the time I'm there.
About the room
The room quite spacious and it has a balcony facing a quiet courtyard. The bunk bed creates even more space and underneath it you find a swing, gymnastic rings and a trapeze to play around with. Above the sofa there's a little shelf that would be an ideal place for a projector. It's not going to be completely empty because I can't take everything with me, but it is goingt to be a lot emptier than in the pictures of course. Smoking is only allowed on the Balcony!
What furniture will stay? couch, bed, one table, carped, shelf and stuff like books. But you will get anough space for you and you'r stuff ;)
About the apartment
The apartment has a total of 100 m^2. A kitchen with a dishwasher. A bathroom with bathtub and washing mashine. An anteroom and a small room behind the kitchen with a guest bed. District heating and every room has programmable thermostats. But you dont need to heat during summer.
Lage
Die Lage ist ziemlich gut.
Direkt vor der Haustüre fahren die Straßenbahnen 37 und 38 (Station Canisiusgasse).
5 min zu Fuß ist die U6 Nußdorferstraße
10 min zu Fuß ist die U4 Friedensbrücke
Im Stadtzentrum ist man in 20 min und sonst kann man für die meisten Wege ca. 30 min rechnen.

About the location
The Location is pretty good
Right in front of the door you'll find Tram 37 and 38 (station Canisiusgasse)
It takes 5 minutes to walk to U6 Nussdorferstraße, and 10 minutes to walk to U4 Friedensbrücke
Getting to centre of the city takes about 20mins and most other place ls are about 30mins away

Zur WG
Wir sind KEINE Zweck WG. Bestehend aus einem Zauberer (ja, ein Zauberer) und einer Familie mit ihren 2 Kindern (7 und 12 Jahre alt, Jungs) und mir (Musiker und Bastler), aber ich werde ja nicht da sein. Wir sind sehr offene Menschen und verbringen viel Zeit miteinander. Wenn man sich zurückziehen mag und die Türe zu ist, wird das von allen (inklusive den Kindern) respektiert. Wir legen generell viel Wert auf einen Achtsamen Umgang miteinander. Für's Putzen gibt's ein Putzradl in dem Jeder 2 mal im Monat dran kommt. Wir haben keine Haustiere.
About the flat cummunity
You're roommates are going to be a magician (!!), and a family with two kids (7 and 12 yrs old).
The flat should not just act as your crash pad, we like to socialse and spend time together! Whenever you need some time alone you can of course stay in your room and close the door, everyone (including the kids) respects you taking your space. It's important to us that every one treats each other in a respectful, and mindful way.
To keep the flat clean, we take turns cleaning up so everyone has to do it twice a month.
We don't have any pets living with us.
In der Miete ist alles enthalten. Also Kaltmiete, Heizkosten, Strom, Versicherung, Internet ...
