The bright and very quiet room is located in a beautiful 3-room maisonette apartment on the top floor (7th floor) and is rented furnished: with a comfortable double bed (140x200cm), chest of drawers for clothes, desk and chair.
DURATION: Until 26.05.2024 (available immediately!) possibly a few days longer or shorter, by arrangement :)
ALL-IN PRICE: The 550 EUR include all costs (rent, utilities, heating, electricity, WLAN).
APARTMENT:
On the lower floor of the apartment there is a large cozy living & dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and sofa, a toilet and a sunny balcony overlooking the courtyard. On the second floor of the apartment are the two bedrooms, an additional toilet, the bathroom with bathtub, a storage room and another smaller balcony.

Das Servitenviertel ist eines der schönsten in ganz Wien! Es sind viele Cafes, Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Und es gibt mehr Grünflächen als im Hipsterbezirk von Wien (Augarten - 15 min, Liechtensteinpark - 5 min, Donaukanal - 5 min) ;) Man ist schnell im ersten Bezirk, an den Unis (Hauptuni, Physik, Mathe und MedUni).
ÖFFIS:
Die Straßenbahn D ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt (Station "Seegasse"), die U4 Station "Roßauer Lände" ist ca. 6 min zu Fuß entfernt.

The Servitenviertel is one of the nicest in Vienna! There are many cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. And there are more green spaces than in the hipster district of Vienna (Augarten - 15 min, Liechtensteinpark - 5 min, Danube Canal - 5 min) ;) You are quickly in the first district, at the universities (main university, physics, math and MedUni).
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
The tram D is a 5 min walk away (station "Seegasse"), the U4 station "Roßauer Lände" is about 6 min walk away.

Ich bin gebürtige Wienerin, habe in Salzburg studiert aber Wien hat mich nicht losgelassen :)
Mittlerweile arbeite ich Vollzeit, bin ausgebildete Pilates Trainerin und liebe das Viertel hier zum ausgehen, frühstücken oder spazieren gehen.
Ich koche gern, bin keine Frühaufsteherin (hab aber nichts dagegen wenn du eine/r bist) und freue mich auf einen gemeinsamen Kaffee oder Abendessen.

I now work full-time, am a qualified Pilates trainer and love the neighborhood here for going out, having breakfast or going for a walk.
