Da ich im Juni den gesamten Monat auf Reisen bin, vermiete ich mein WG-Zimmer im 9ten Bezirk.
Es handelt sich um eine 2er WG, du würdest also mit einem andern berufstätigen 25-jährigen Mädel zusammen wohnen. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.
Mein Zimmer ist riesig, also es ist genügend Platz um all deine Sachen zu verstauen, zudem gibt es noch einen separaten Abstellraum sowie ein Kellerabteil.
Wir haben auch einen Fahrradkeller und ein Tiefgaragenplatz kann optional dazu gemietet werden.
Die Öffis-Anbindung ist top, wir haben gleich vor der Tür zwei Straßenbahnlinien, welche dich in nur 8 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum transportieren. Auch die U6 sowie die U4 sind fußläufig in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Bei dem Einzugsdatum bin ich flexibel - ab 17.05. wäre es super.
