Da einer unserer Mitbewohner leider unsere super coole Wohngemeinschaft verlässt, suchen wir einen Nachmieter für sein Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist ab sofort verfügbar. Einzugsdatum ist sehr flexibel; Bis spätestens 1. Juni.
Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist im 9. Wiener Gemeindebezirk (Votivkirche/Schottentor) und liegt im 3. Stock. Sie wurde vor ein paar Jahren generalsaniert und ist seitdem in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand. Sie ist 110 m2 groß und ist gegliedert in Vorraum, neue Einbauküche mit Esstisch, Bad mit Badewanne, separates WC, Abstellraum und drei getrennt begehbaren Zimmern. Außerdem gibt es einen eigenen abgesperrten Fahrradkeller im Innenhof. Die Lage ist perfekt – knappe 5 Gehminuten von der Hauptuniversität entfernt.
Zimmer:
Wunderschönes WG Zimmer mit absoluter Hofruhelage mitten im 9. Bezirk. Das Zimmer selbst hat 15m² (ca. 2,20 x 6,80 m) und dazu gibt es noch einen separaten Raum von circa 6m² den man als Kleiderschrank bzw Abstellraum verwenden kann (Aktuell begehbarer Kleiderschrank). Es hat außerdem ein großes, hohes Ost-Fenster das in einen grünen ruhigen Garten hinausgeht, daher absolute Hofruhelage und schlafen bei offenem Fenster im Sommer absolut legendär. Die Wohnung hat außerdem den Vorteil, dass es auch im Hochsommer nicht allzu heiß wird, da sanierter Altbau.

As one of our flatmates is unfortunately leaving our super cool shared flat, we are looking for a new tenant for his room. The room is available immediately. Move-in date is very flexible; by June 1st at the latest.
Apartment:
The apartment is in the 9th district of Vienna (Votivkirche/Schottentor) and is on the 3rd floor. It was completely renovated a few years ago and has been in very good and well-kept condition ever since. It is 110 m2 in size and is divided into an entrance hall, new fitted kitchen with dining table, bathroom with bathtub, separate WC, storage room and three separately accessible rooms. There is also a locked bicycle storage room in the inner courtyard. The location is perfect - less than a 5-minute walk from the main university.
Room:
Wonderful shared room in a quiet courtyard location in the middle of the 9th district. The room itself has 15m² (approx. 2.20 x 6.80 m) and there is also a separate room of approx. 6m² which can be used as a closet or storage room (currently a walk-in closet). It also has a large, high east-facing window that looks out onto a quiet, green garden, so the courtyard is absolutely quiet and sleeping with the window open in summer is absolutely legendary. The apartment also has the advantage that it doesn't get too hot even in midsummer, as it is a renovated old building.
Absolute Toplage: Währingerstraße 26, 1090 Wien. Nur 5 Gehminuten zum Schottentor und zur Votivkirche. Donaukanal nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt: Perfekt zum Laufen und zum Sportln :). MCFit und John Reed gleich ums Eck.
Spar, Billa und Hofer in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hauptuni, altes AKH, Juridicum alles innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Innenhof und ist daher sehr ruhig. Kein Verkehrslärm zu hören. und bietet alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, die du dir erträumen kannst.

Spar, Billa and Hofer in the immediate vicinity. Main University, old AKH, Juridicum all within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is located in an inner courtyard and is therefore very quiet. No traffic noise to be heard. and offers all the public transportation you can dream of.
Wir sind eine 3er WG.
Ich selbst wohne bereits seit circa 8 Jahren in der Wohnung, habe Jus und Bwl studiert. Nikita ist seit 6 Jahren in der WG und studiert Wirtschaftsrecht an der WU. Manuel zieht aus da er in Frankreich sein Medizinstudium abschließen wird.
Wir sind eine sehr offene ruhige WG, wo gekocht wird und wir uns ab und an gemeinsame Filme oder American Football ansehen. Wir betreiben alle viel Sport, entweder auf der Rossauer Lände (Donaukanal), die gleich ums Eck ist, oder im Fitnessstudio (John Reed Schottentor) und gehen auch gemeinsam gern ins Kino.
Jeder von uns schätzt aber auch seine Privatsphäre.

We are a flat share of 3.
I've been living in the apartment for about 8 years and studied law and business administration. Nikita has been in the flat share for 6 years and is studying business law at WU. Manuel is moving out because he is going to finish his medical studies in France.
We are a very open and quiet flat share, where we cook and occasionally watch movies or American football together. We all do a lot of sport, either on the Rossauer Lände (Danube Canal), which is just around the corner, or at the gym (John Reed Schottentor) and we also like to go to the movies together.
But each of us also values our privacy.
Einzug jederzeit möglich. Spätestens bis 1. Juni .Bezüglich Besichtigungen/Kennenlernen sind wir zeitlich unter der Woche sehr flexibel. Kann gern auch später am Abend sein.
