Room in a nice two Wg with balcony :) Zimmer in lieber zweier Wg mit Balkon :)

The apartment is located in 9. District, just a few minutes' walk from the Ubahnstation Friedensbrücke and thus also very close to the Danube Canal. The D-street runs right in front of the front door, with which you come to the main university or the city centre in 10-15 minutes. The Franz Josefs station is just a few minutes' walk away, like a Monday Sunday villa and other useful shops.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 9. Bezirk, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Ubahnstation Friedensbrücke entfernt und somit auch ganz nah am Donaukanal liegt. Die D-Straßenbahn fährt direkt vor der Haustüre, mit der man in 10-15 min zur Hauptuni oder in die Stadtmitte kommt. Der Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof ist ebenso nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, gleich wie ein Montag-Sonntag-Billa und andere nützliche Geschäfte.

You would live with me (Olivia). I wish an open, tolerant, loving Wg, in which problems or disagreements can be addressed well. I would be very happy to do something together once and again, such as games evenings, chatting or attending one or other nice event :) But, of course, everyone needs their free space and they must also be respected. I don't want a party-wg, but of course you can come or sit together - just communicate openly! Also my e-piano stands in the living room and accordingly it would be great if you are not music shy!
Cleanliness, a well-functioning cleaning plan, environmental awareness and tolerance are very important to me and not negotiable;)
Shortly to me: I am 22 and I work as a social worker in the juvenile court aid and therefore have to get out early in the morning. Otherwise I like to make music, write texts, meet me with friends, relax in the park or in the cafe, visit one or other cultural event, make yoga or other sport and much more! I'd be happy to tell you a little bit about you and tell you what you're doing so:) (plant lovers are a big plus, I'd like to have more, but with me they're always dying very fast)

Zusammenwohnen würdest du mit mir (Olivia). Ich wünsche mir eine offene, tolerante, liebevolle Wg, in der man Probleme oder Unstimmigkeiten gut ansprechen kann. Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn wir hin und wieder etwas gemeinsam unternehmen, wie Spieleabende, plaudern oder die ein oder andere nette Veranstaltung besuchen :) Aber natürlich braucht jeder seinen Freiraum und der soll auch respektiert werden! :) Ich wünsche mir keine Party-Wg, aber natürlich darf auch mal Besuch kommen oder zusammengesessen werden - einfach offen kommunizieren! Auch steht mein E-Piano im Wohnzimmer und dementsprechend wäre es super, wenn du nicht musikscheu bist! ;)
Sauberkeit, einen gut funktionierenden Putzplan, Umweltbewusstsein und Toleranz sind für mich äußerst wichtig und nicht verhandelbar ;)
Kurz zu mir: ich bin 22 und arbeite als Sozialarbeiterin in der Jugendgerichtshilfe und muss demnach morgens immer früh raus. Sonst mach ich gerne Musik, schreib Texte, triff mich mit Freund*innen, entspann im Park oder im Cafe, besuche die ein oder andere Kulturveranstaltung, mache Yoga oder sonstigen Sport und vieles mehr! Ich würde mich freuen, wenn du ein bisschen was über dich erzählst und sagst, was du dir so vorstellst :) (Pflanzenliebhaber*innen sind ein großes Plus, ich hätte gerne mehr, aber bei mir sterben sie leider immer sehr schnell)

The rent for the room is with everything around it and on it (including internet) 600€. Dissolving for the furniture is not required, but therefore a careful handling and the willingness to replace broken, the more important :)

Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt mit allem drum und dran (inklusive Internet) 600€. Ablöse für die Möbel wird keine verlangt, aber demnach ist ein vorsichtiger Umgang und die Bereitschaft, kaputt gegangenes zu ersetzen, umso wichtiger :)
