Ab heute sind die Castings offiziell eröffnet, hat etwas gedauert, sorry.

WG an sich gibt's schon seit über 10 Jahren, alle sind willkommen.

Es ist sozusagen der Himmel auf Erden für Studenten und Arbeitendende, vor allem wegen der Lage - Campus AAKH, Uni Wien, NIG usw. sind nur paar Gehminuten von der WG entfernt - in 20 Minuten bist überall in Wien.

Sprichwörtliches aus dem Bett in die Vorlesung möglich :-)

Ich kann nicht oft genug sagen wie dankbar ich für unsere Vögel bin - jeden Morgen zaubern sie eine traumhafte Waldstimmung, Campus und Votiv Park sind vor der Tür und die guten Badeplätze ca. 20 Min. je nach Transportmittel entfernt. :-)

Das Leben in unserer WG ist sehr entspannt, sind leicht zu begeistern für so Einiges, und natürlich sind Freunde immer willkommen.

Klar, jeder respektiert die gegenseitige Privatsphäre in der WG.

Es wird eher eine Gemeinsam statt Einsam angestrebt - sind definitiv keine reine zweck WG, das wollen wir nicht.

Falls dir der kleine Billa beim Campus bzw. das Café Gagarin was sagt - wir sind sozusagen keine 2 Schritte davon entfernt.

So HardFacts:

Preis beträgt 450€/Monat, zumindest was momentan schätzbar ist wegen Gas/Strom Entwicklungen.
(mit allem inkludiert [Glasfaser Inet 600Mbit, Gas, Strom, Youtube Premium, Spottify, Netflix, Disney+, SoundCloud...], samt Basics die alle verwenden, wie Toilettenpapier, Waschmittel, Gewürze, Öle und so Einigem mehr, da großteils gemeinschaftlich eingekauft wird. Wenn was über bleibt schauen wir dass ma auch zu *FoodPoint & Co.* schauen)
Kaution beträgt 900€.

Sprich: du brauchst für den Einzug 1350 € (Erste Miete + Kaution) oder fall es nur für paar Tage ist anteilsmäßig, zumindest eine Woche in voraus.

Die Kaution wird sicher für dich bis zum Auszug verwahrt und dir zurückerstattet wenn alle Kosten gedeckt sind.

Also nochmals, in den Kosten sind inkludiert:
Waschmittel, Toilettenpapier, Putzmittel... generell alles was von allen verwendet wird
Basis Lebensmittel, sprich Nudeln, Zwiebeln, Erdäpfel/Kartoffeln, Suppengemüse, Mehl, Öle, Gewürze, Brot...

We are not a minute walk from campus Altes AKH, right in front of the National Bank. Court 9 Entrance should be a term for some.
There are no 7 minutes walk to the main unit/scot gate (U2, D, 1, 2, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44,1a, 40a).
Votivpark is in front of the door, and the next cool bathing places are not 20 minutes away.
