Dein Zimmer ist ca. 13 m² groß und durch das große Fenster zur Ostseite kommt (vor allem morgens) viel Sonne rein. In dem Zimmer befinden sich Bett, Schrank, Regal und Schreibtisch (auf den Bildern erkennbar).
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (Herd, Ofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr, Kochutensilien etc.). Auch im Bad ist alles da (Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer und Bügelbrett).

The size of your room is approx. 13 m² and through the big window on the east side allows a lot of sunlight into the room (especially in the morning). In the room there is a bed, wardrobe, shelf and desk (visible on the pictures).
The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishes, cooking utensils, etc.). The bathroom is also fully equipped (washing machine, clothes rail and ironing board).
Besser geht's nicht: In 2 Minuten ist man* an der Spitalgasse, an der 7 Straßenbahnlinien abfahren, in 5 Fußminuten an der U6 (Währingerstraße) und in 10 min der 13A (Skodagasse).
Zu den zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel, Drogerie, Apotheke, Bank etc) läuft man auch nur 5 Minuten. Außerdem ist der Uni-Campus (altes AKH) und die Hauptuniversität nicht weit sowie das AKH - Für Studierende also ideal. Bei uns um die Ecke gibt es auch nette Kneipen wie das WUK, das Gagarin oder das Clash, aber auch nette Cafés rund um den Campus wie la Mercerie im Servitenviertel. Im Museumsquartier oder am Donaukanal ist man ebenfalls fix mit dem Rad durch die zentrale Lage.
It couldn't be better: The Spitalgasse, where 7 tram lines depart (37, 38, 39...) is about 2 minutes away by foot, in 5 minutes you are at the U6 (Währingerstraße) and in 10 minutes at the 13A (Skodagasse).
Numerous shopping facilities (supermarket, pharmacy, bank etc.) are no more than 5 minutes away. Furthermore, the university campus (old AKH), as well as the AKH and the main university are not far away - so it is ideal for students. There are also nice pubs around the corner like the WUK, the Gagarin or the Clash and also nice cafés around the campus like la Mercerie in the Servitenviertel.
In the Museumsquartier or at the Danube Canal you can easily go cycling or go walking thanks to the central location.v
Wir waren ursprünglich eine 3er WG. Nun zieht ein Mitbewohner aus und im Oktober eine neue Mitbewohnerin ein. Aus diesem Grund suchen wir für die Übergangszeit jemanden zur Zwischenmiete. Wir werden beide sowohl im August als auch im September viel unterwegs sein, deshalb wirst Du die WG hauptsächlich für dich alleine haben.
