Hallo. Da ich das schöne Wien für einige Zeit verlassen werde, würde ich gerne mein Zimmer in der 3er WG mit Gulnaz und Jakob weitergeben.
Die Wohnung ist im dritten Stock (ohne Aufzug) und hat ca. 85m2 mit Bad (inkl. Waschmaschine), WC, Abstellraum, Küche und drei separaten Zimmern. Jenes meiniges Zimmer hat ca. 21m2 und blickt auf den Zimmermannplatz Richtung Süd-Osten, die Sonne küsst einen also morgens wach :)

Hi. Since I will be leaving beautiful Vienna for some time, I would like to share my room in the 3-person flat share with Gulnaz and Jakob.
The apartment is on the third floor (without elevator) and has approx. 85m2 with a bathroom (including washing machine), toilet, storage room, kitchen and three separate rooms. My room has approx. 21m2 and looks onto Zimmermannplatz towards the south-east, so the sun kisses you awake in the morning :)
Anbindungstechnisch ist die Lage der Wohnung top, sie liegt ca. 1 Gehminute von der U6 Station Alserstraße entfernt, wo auch die 43er Straßenbahn hält (9 min zu Schottentor). Shoppingstechnisch hat man an der Alserstraße selbst alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf so braucht.

In terms of connections, the location of the apartment is great, it is about a 1-minute walk from the U6 station Alserstraße, where the 43 tram stops (9 minutes to Schottentor). In terms of shopping you have everything you need for your daily needs on Alserstraße itself.
Zu den Menschen, die hier wohnen:
Gulnaz (27) aus Russland ist ein superpositiver Mädchen. Er kam vor einem halbes Jahr nach Wien für seinen Master in Politik and der CEU Wien und ist da sehr fleißig dabei. Über die Sommermonate hilft sie grade seinen Deutschkenntnissen auf die Sprünge. Sie ist sehr aktiv und immer motiviert zu allerlei sozialen Aktivitäten.
Jakob (25) aus Berlin ist ein sehr offenes und lustiges Mensch. Man kann gut und lange mit er in der Küche sitzen und über absolut alles sprechen. Er ist gerade dabei ihr Master Studium in Architekturplanung in TU Wien zu beginnen.

Gulnaz (27) from Russia is a super positive girl. He came to Vienna six months ago for his master’s degree in politics at the CEU Vienna and is very hard working there. Over the summer months, she is helping his German language skills on the jumps. She is very active and always motivated to do all kinds of social activities.
Jakob (25) from Berlin is a very open and funny person. You can sit well and for a long time with him in the kitchen and talk about absolutely anything. He is currently starting his master’s degree in architectural planning at the Vienna University of Technology.
Gesucht wird also eine Person (genderzugehörigkeitsunabhängig), die gerne mit diesen beiden lieben Menschen in dieser charaktervollen Wohnung leben möchte. Präferierte Eckdaten wären so etwas wie **in den 20ern **Studierende/r bzw. Teilzeitarbeitende/r **aktiv **sozial umgänglich **verlässlich **superlieb :)
Wir hätten uns gedacht, dass ihr uns einfach eine nette Mail schreibt an und wir uns dann gegebenenfalls einen Termin zum Kennenlernen ausmachen. Wir freuen uns darauf!
