Ab August wird in unserer wunderbaren Altbau-WG im lebhaften 9. Bezirk ein Zimmer frei!
Das Zimmer ist 10m² groß, hat die für Altbau typischen hohen Wände und dazu noch ein großes Fenster. Es ist angenehm kühl im Sommer und rettet einen vor der Stadthitze.
Eine Besonderheit ist definitiv, dass du deinen eigenen begehbaren Kleiderschrank neben dem Zimmer hast). Paar Möbel würde dir bei Interesse überlassen, das wären zwei Regale, das Bett, Schreibtisch, und Sessel. Über den Rest lässt sich reden 😉
Starting with August, a room will be available in our wonderful flat in the lively 9th district!
The room measures 10m², has high walls (~4m) which is typical for "Altbau" buildings and has a large window. It's a cool room, so you will survive the summer heat easily.
If you're interested, you can take over some furniture, which would be the closet, the bed and mattress, desk with chair. We can discuss the details in person. A special feature is definitely the walk in closet next to the room.
Lage
Unserer Meinung nach, könnte die Lage nicht besser sein! In unmittelbarer Nähe fahren die Linien 5, 33, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42, , und 4 min entfernt der Bus 40a. Die Ubahnlinien U6 Volksoper (8 min), die U2 Schottentor (10 minutes) und die U4 Friedensbrücke (15 min) sind in der Nähe. Universität Wien, Altes AKH Campus, und die FH Wien WKW sind auch leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Desweiteren findest du bei uns den Hofer, Spar, DM, viele coole Bars und Restaurants.
In our opinion, the location couldn't be better! Lines 5, 33, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42 are in the immediate vicinity and 4 minutes away the bus 40A. The metro lines U6 Volksoper (8 min), the U2 Schottentor (10 minutes) and the U4 Friedensbrücke (15 min) are nearby. University of Vienna, AKH Campus, and FH Wien WKW are also easy to reach on foot. Furthermore you will find the Hofer, Spar, DM, banks, many cool bars and restaurants close to us.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Beatrice (23, studiert business administration), Beatriz (24, arbeitet in einem design studio), Chiara (21, studiert HR).
Es ist eine internationale WG und wir reden meistens Englisch. Wir kochen oft zusammen, sitzen auf einem Glas Prosecco oder Vodka sour, haben Netflix Abende oder chatten einfach ewig lang.
Wir würden uns sehr freuen, dich auf ein Kaffee bei uns einzuladen um uns besser kennenzulernen.

It is an international flat and we mostly speak English to each other. We often cook together, chat over a glass of prosecco or vodka sour, have Netflix evenings or just hang out in one of our rooms.
