Mein Mitbewohner (26-jähriger Psychologie Student im Master) sucht für unsere Wohnung (sehr hell, 4.Stock, absolute Ruhe, alle Zimmer hofseitig!) eine(n) neue(n) MitbewohnerIn, da ich ausziehen werde.
71qm Wohnfläche, 30qm Terrassenfläche!! :) 2 Terrassen (ein 8qm Balkon und von dort mit Stiegen begehbare 22qm private Dachterrasse). Vor allem im Sommer ist die Dachterrasse ein Hit!
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Vorzimmer, 2 WC's, großzügiger Wohn-Essbereich, großer Flur mit Kasten, Badezimmer (mit Badewanne) liegt zwischen den beiden eigenen Zimmern! Dein Zimmer hat eine Größe von 13qm und wird bei Bedarf möbliert vermietet (wenn gewünscht).
U6 Nussdorferstraße, U4 Spittelau, Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof, Straßenbahnlinien 33, 37, 38 und D nur in wenigen Gehminuten (2-10 Min) erreichbar. Auf der Hauptuni ist man mit der Bim in weniger als 10min.
Hofer, Billa, Apotheke, Bipa und Libor sind in 1-5 Minuten erreichbar!
Connor ist aus Kalifornien und der entspannteste WG-Mitbewohner (und mittlerweile auch sehr guter Freund) den ich je hatte! :-) Er ist für jeden Spaß zu haben, kannst mit ihm sehr gut Kaffee trinken und Essen gehen. Er lässt dich aber auch in Ruhe, wenn du mal deine Privatsphäre brauchst.
Die Miete beträgt €600 und ich hätte gerne für Waschmaschine, Lampen, etc eine Ablöse von €300. Das Zimmer wäre ab 01.11 frei, gegebenenfalls auch schon Anfang Oktober.
