Da ich spontan mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehe, wird mein schönes Zimmer frei, in dem ich fast zwei Jahre gelebt habe. Das Zimmer ist fast 20 Quadratmeter groß und hat zwei große Fenster hin zum Donaukanal. Es sind ein paar Möbel darin (Schreibtisch, Kasten und Sessel), die der Vermieterin gehören. Dafür nehme ich keine Ablöse, und ihr könnt bestimmt auch mit ihr oder den anderen Mitbewohner*innen reden, wenn ihr sie loswerden wollt. Bei Bedarf lasse ich auch mein Bett und ein Bücherregal im Zimmer.

Because I decided to move together with my girlfriend, my beautiful room, in which I lived for almost two years, will be free. The room is about 20 square meters big and has two big windows to the Donaukanal. There is some furniture in the room (a desk, a cupboard and an armchair), which belongs to the landlady. I don´t take a transfer fee for them, and in case you want to get rid of them, I am sure you can talk to the flat mates or the landlady. If you want to, I can also leave my bed and my bookshelf in the room.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden: In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich der Donaukanal, und auch zum Augarten ist es nicht weit. Zur Hauptuni sind es weniger als zehn Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, und auch die U4 Friedensbrücke sowie die Bim ist nicht weit. Einkaufen kann man direkt im Billa beim Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof (er hat bis um 22:00 Uhr und auch sonntags geöffnet), beim Denn‘s oder beim Hofer.

The flat has a very good location: It is right next to the Donaukanal, and also the Augarten is not far. By bike, it takes less than ten minutes to get to the main university, and also the U4 Friedensbrücle (metro) and the tram are about two minutes to walk. You can go shopping at Billa (it is open until 10pm and also on Sundays), at Denn’s or Hofer.
Du wirst zusammen wohnen mit Andi, Janine und Emma, alle Mitte zwanzig. Deine Mitbewohner*innen studieren, arbeiten nebenbei, machen gerne Sport und teilweise auch Musik, kochen gerne – und sind alle sehr lieb und umgänglich. Das Leben in der WG aber eher ruhig und es handelt sich nicht um eine Party-WG. Wir teilen uns die grundlegenden Lebensmittel (wie zum Beispiel Zwiebeln, Mehl, Nudeln und Öl) und haben neuerdings auch einen Putzplan.

You will live together with Andi, Janine and Emma, who are all in their twenties. Your flat mates go to university, work besides, like to do sports and sometimes also music, they like to cook – and all of them are very nice and easy to get along with. The life in the flat is rather calm and we are not a party-flat. Furthermore, we share all the basic items (such as onion, flour, pasta and oil) and since recently we also have a cleaning plan.
Da ich spontan ausziehe, ist das Zimmer ab Mitte November frei. Da das aber sehr kurzfristig ist, geht es sich auch Anfang Dezember aus. Wenn du Interesse an der WG hast, schreib uns gerne ein paar Zeilen über dich und wir machen einen Termin aus. Wie die Besichtigung stattfinden wird – per Video oder persönlich – können wir dann ausmachen.

Because I decided to move out quite spontaneously, the flat will be free from mid-November onwards. Since this is very short-term, the beginning of December will work out as well.
