Room is 17 sqm, furnished and well-separated from my room and the kitchen. It has big windows, and no vis-a-vis (only roofs of Vienna in front of you), which means that there is a lot of light, even in the winter.
In the room, there is already a bed, drawers and a place to hang your clothes.
Bed linens and towels are available.
The flat itself is really cool, renovated old apartment, high ceilings (4m), bathed in light.
Storage is never a problem with a huge shoe rack in the large entrance room, the Abstellraum (washing room with drying machine), etc.
The toilet is separated from the bathroom.
Bathroom has two sinks = to each their own ;)
The neighborhood is exceptionnal! It's a few minutes walk from the heart of the city center, but still has authentic neighbors, and a huge park nearby. Many landmarks such as the Palais Liechtenstein, Strudelhofstiege, or the Servietenviertel, are 2-3 minutes walk away.
It's a rather French neighborhood with many bakeries and other delicacies. In the Franz-Josef train station, there is one of the few Viennese supermarkets (BILLA) and beauty stores (BIPA) opened on Sundays and public holidays.
Transportation system:

U2 (schottentorU), U4 (Roßauer Lände, Schottenring), tram 5, 33, and Franz-Josef train station within walking distance
Universities, hospitals, research labs etc are also nearby.
Our neighbors are the sweetest and kindest one could wish for!! Open minded, nice and generous/helpful!
I'm 33 years old, and working (quite a lot frankly). We should be respectful of each other's working rythms. I work in the pharmaceutical industry.
I'm very social and might have friends around for dinner here and there. Bringing your friends is also encouraged. If you're new to the city, I'm happy to show you around and connect you with some people!
My dog Juni is another roomate of ours, she's extremely silent and sleepy (greyhound), not very food-driven and has almost no hair, therefore you might forget she's here ;D
I dislike cleaning and don't want to invest the time, so once it's my turn to clean, a cleaning lady comes.
Every other week, the flat should be cleaned, and it's then your choice to having her take over that task for you. I'd highly recommend this, because there's then no tensions about cleaning! But if you enjoy the process of cleaning: then have fun ;)
My hobbies: cooking, arts (in various forms), sports (mostly weightlifting), and many other crazy projects ;D
I'd like to live with someone who also respects my ethics of tolerance = no racism, sexism, kindness, etc. It's extremely important to me. I'm Muslim and I eat meat, it's easier if you're Muslim too but not mandatory :)
I'm not a perfect human by any means, I might be stressed sometimes, and might not pick up on implicit cues so, please speak up if something bothers you! I can't always read between the lines ;) I want everybody to feel home, comfortable, and happy.
The actual renting period is flexible: we can also do a couple of months if you prefer!
About me: I'm a neuroscientist by training and now shifted to the business world.
I'm curious about science, philosophy, ethics, etc. I think I'm more outwards oriented (extrovert/connecting people together)-> therefore talkative ;)
I manage a few projects, one of them is a neurotech company launched with two friends, another one is an accelerator for healthcare startups.
I love learning new languages and very happy to teach you French.
I used to be a musician so, very open to musicians, you can practice ;)
