Beautiful room in the 9th district of Vienna.
It´s 20m2 big, has huge windows letting a lot of sun in.
It´s close to the Roßauer Lände (U4) and other busses and different trams, you´re in the centre in 10 min. Also, the Donaukanal is close, within 2 minutes you can enjoy Viennas most beautiful spot for amazing summer nights.
You´d be living with an amazing Italy girl, studying at the FH Vienna.
Our flat is more of the motivating sort, we like to have a glass of wine in the evening or cook together and invite some friends.
The room is unfurnished.
The rent would be 600 Euro all-inclusive.

The apartment is located 2 min walk from the subway station Roaßauer Lände (U4). The location is optimal, you are in a few minutes in the 1st district. In addition, there are several supermarkets and drugstores. The Danube Canal is also only a few minutes away from the apartment.
Our shared apartment life is very relaxed. Teresa and I get along very well and we also do a lot with each other in our free time. I will move away from Vienna and therefore we are looking for a new WG member for Teresa. Teresa is a funny, lovely and a very warm person. We have often cooked together or had friends over. On other days we enjoyed a glas wine or just hang out in the apartment.
