Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von 18 m^2 und ist aufgrund eines deckenhohes Fenster hell. Es wurde vor etwas mehr als einem Monat neu ausgemalt.
Die Miete beträgt 450 Euro- "all inclusive" (außer Frühstück :))
Die WG bietet eine Aussicht direkt auf die Votivkirche und ist mit ihrer Lage sehr zentral. So ist beispielsweise die U2 Schottentor zu Fuß in max. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die U3 Herrengasse und U4 Schottenring sind in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Neben den Öffis sind auch mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Billa, etc.) gut und schnell erreichbar.
Im Umkreis von 10 Gehminuten befinden sich auch die Hauptuni, das Rathaus, das Burgtheater, der Donaukanal usw.
Wir, Flora (20, Politikwissenschaftsstudentin) und Miriam (20, Chemiestudentin) sind zwei kaffeeenthusiastische Freundinnen, die auch gerne abends mal zusammen ein Glässchen Wein trinken. Wir genießen sowohl gemeinsame spontane WG-Aktivitäten als auch lange Deep-Talks "auf'd Nocht". Wir haben leider eine schwäche für Dad-Jokes, aber dafür wird es mit uns nie langweilig :).
Uns ist ein harmonisches und lösungsorientiertes Zusammenleben wichtig, damit sich jeder in unserer kleinen Community respektiert, gehört und wohl fühlt.
