Gemütliche WG sucht Mitbewohner:in!

Dein zukünftiges Zimmer (frei ab 01.04.) hat 11 qm, somit klein aber fein. Es liegt zum Innenhof, daher ist es super ruhig. Die Decken sind hoch, der Boden ist schön und das Fenster neu und gut isoliert. Unser früherer Mitbewohner hat ein super schönes Hochbett in das Zimmer gebaut. Dadurch wirkt es noch geräumiger und man kann den Platz gut nutzen.
Alle Zimmer sind getrennt begehbar. Unser Flur wurde zu einem gemütlichen Esszimmer umfunktioniert. Das Bad ist groß und das Klo seperat. Einen Keller sowie einen Fahrradkeller gibt es auch.
Zudem gibt es die Möglichkeit ein paar der Möbel die aktuell im Zimmer sind zu behalten (zum Beispiel Matratze und Regal).

The small room is fully furnished. It's quite and not getting that hot during summer. There are 3 people living in this typical Vienna flat in an old building. It has one kitchen, one bathroom, one separate toilet and a hall which is more or less our living room.
Die Wohnung ist im 9. Bezirk, direkt zwischen Donaukanal( U4 Friedensbrücke) und Franz-Josef-Bahnhof. In 3 min bist du also am Franz-Josef-Bahnhof und bekommst fast alles was dein Herz begehrt (Hofer, Billa, Denn's, DM, Bipa, Trafic's etc.). Solltest du gerne draußen unterwegs sein, hast du es zum Donaukanal nicht weit, max. 3 min zu Fuß. Da wir in einer Seitenstraße wohnen ist es zudem super ruhig. Die Unis sind auch in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Ein super Plus an unserer Lage ist tatsächlich der Billa (jeden Tag bis 22 Uhr geöffnet).

The location is perfect and the next metrostation is not far away from our flat, max. 1 min walk to U4 Friedensbrücke or tram 5 / 33 / 5. (Don't worry, the flat is located in a side street, so it is super quiet). Moreover, it is directly by Donaukanal. If you like to be outside, go for a run or meeting some friends in the evening, this location is perfect and also max 1 min by walk. There are a lot of supermarkets, bars, and restaurants around the corner.
Unser WG-Leben ist sehr harmonisch, rücksichtsvoll und entspannt. Wir unternehmen gerne mal was zusammen, ob kochen, Konzerte, Museum, Theater, Kino oder auf Partys gehen. Es gibt aber auch Tage oder Wochen, wo alle super beschäftigt sind also seine Ruhe bekommt man wenn nötig auch.

Zukünftig würdest du mit Lisa (27) Psychologie- & TFMstudentin und Lea (26) TFM im Master zusammen wohnen.

You will live with Lisa(26) and Lea(27). Both are studying theatre arts and Lisa is also writing her bachelor thesis in psychology. They are really kind, funny and considerate. We often go out together for a beer or a play or just meeting friends. So you are welcome as well!
