die wohnung liegt im 4. stock (ohne lift!) und ist ca. 96 m2 groß. das zimmer selbst hat ca. 13 m2 und liegt hof- und westseitig, es ist also super ruhig und hat nachmittags- und abendsonne
momentan stehen ein bett, ein tisch und eine kommode und kleiderstange im zimmer!
die wohnung hat außerdem einen mini balkon auf dem rauchen natürlich erlaubt ist. ansonten getrenntes bad und wc, kleine küche, kleines esszimmer

the apartment is on the 4th floor (without an elevator!) and has roughly 96 m2. the room itself has roughly 13 m2 and looks out to the west into the courtyard, so it has sun in the afternoon and evening (which is also great for plants)
at the moment, the room is furnished with a bed, a table, a dresser.
other than that there is a small balcony where you can smoke, of course. there is a separate bathroom and toilet, small kitchen, small dining room/common area (still without chairs at the moment haha)
die wohnung ist am ende der liechtensteinstraße, nähe nussdorferstraße und spittelau, also U6 und U4 anbindung (beides 5-10 minuten entfernt). straßenbahnen sind außerdem D (2 minuten), 37 & 38 (ca. 5min), 33 & 5 (ca. 7 minuten) und der 40A ist auch nicht weit.
hofer, billa und bipa sind super nah, ein spar auch nicht weit und einige nette restaurants oder bars sind auch in der nähe. außerdem ein veganista an der alserbachstraße :)
achja und natürlich der billa am franz-josefs-bahnhof der jeden tag (auch sonntags!) bis 22 uhr geöffnet ist.
der donaukanal ist auch sehr nah, zum joggen, fahrrad fahren, chillen und so weiter

the apartment is located towards the end of liechtensteinstraße, close to nußdorferstraße and spittelau, so we are close to the U6 and U4 (both are a 5-10 minute walk away). there's also some trams: D (2 minute walk), 37 & 38 (5 minute walk), 33 & 5 (7 minute walk) and the bus 40A also isn't far away.
in case you are not from vienna/don't know much about the city yet: the public transport around here is really nice and will take you anywhere fairly quickly (:
hofer, billa and bipa are super close, spar is closeby too and there's also some nice restaurants and bars in the area. additionally there's also the billa at franz-josefs-bahnhof which is open every day of the week (even on sundays) until 10 pm!
the danube canal is also really close for biking, jogging, just hanging out etc.
wir suchen den restlichen februar über jemanden zur zwischenmiete! gerne auch kürzer, länger bis ende märz wäre auch möglich!
momentan bin nur ich (alex) in der wohnung, meine mitbewohnerin ist bis ende februar weg. dieses zimmer ist gerade leer geworden und ist ab anfang april wieder vergeben! ich selbst bin berufstätig und auch dementsprechend wenig da, aber für einen kaffee in der küche bin ich immer zu haben (:

at the moment, it's just me (alex) in the apartment, my flatmate will be gone all of february. the person living in this room just left and there's someone else moving in in the beginning of april! I work full time, so I'm not home a lot at the moment, but I'm always up for a cup of coffee in the kitchen (:
