in unserer Wohnung wird für den ganzen August und evtl. eine Woche im September ein großes und helles 30qm Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung liegt im 9. Bezirk in direkter Nähe (2 min) zur Hauptuni und zum Campus (Rotenhausgasse). Optimaler Startpunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden und kennenzulernen (U2, diverse Bims und Busse in circa 2-5 min zu Fuß erreichbar).
Außerdem wirst du noch zwei einzigartig feshe Mitbewohner haben,
Luki, mit dem du jederzeit Fahrradtouren machen kannst oder einen Versuch wägst ihn im Darts zu schlagen.
Anian, quasi Opernsänger und begeisterter Barkeeper.
Beide sind seit mehreren Jahren in Wien und kennen sich daher bestens mit guten Spots und To-dos aus.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt etwa 120qm, eine offene Küche, Sitzecke mit mini Kräutergarten, großen Abstellraum mit Wandschränken, kleines Wohnzimmer, einem Badezimmer und einem WC.

Hey there,
we have a spare room for one month in the heart of Vienna. The room will be available for august and maybe one or two weeks in september. The flat is right next to the campus and the main university.
Your room would be 30 sm big and is fully furnished. Additionally you'd have a home cinema with all round sound.
Best of it is that there are even two flatmates included. Both live in Vienna for some time now and know the best spots and to-dos.
The flat in total is 120sm big and fully equipped with all you need. Furthermore, you'll have a little garden for herbs, tomatoes and strawberries, a room with built in closets (one is solely for you) and a small living room with a tv, playstation and Nintendo switch.
We are looking forward hearing from you.
The flat is located in the heart of Vienna, right next to the campus and the famous Votivkirche. In less than 2 min you can reach different tram stations and within 5 minutes you are at a metro station. It's the perfect location to start exploring the city, the university or surrounding areas (e.g Danube). On hot days people in Vienna usually go for a swim in the Donau/Danube. From the flat it's a 20min trip from door to water, so don't worry about super sunny days.
There are two young gentleman living in the flat. Both, Lukas and Anian are living in Vienna for quite some time and can help you with whatever you need. Both are studying or working mostly during the days but free to hang out with on weekends. In the evenings we often sit together talking, playing some boardgames or watching a movie.
