26qm Zimmer in gemütlicher 3er WG, 9. Bezirk Alsergrund

U4, Die Straßenbahnen D, 33 und 5 sind in 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Spar, Billa und Hofer sind ca. 6min entfernt. Unorganisierte Menschen, wie ich, die auch mal sonntags einkaufen müssen, können dafür den eben genannten Billa am Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof aufsuchen (jeden Tag von 6:00 bis 22:00 geöffnet). Für die LangstreckenläuferInnen unter euch, kann ich den Donau Kanal (2min zu Fuß) empfehlen.

U4, the trams D, 33 and 5 are within 5min walking distance. Spar, Billa and Hofer are about 6min away. Unorganized people, like me, whose fridge is allways empty on Sundays, can go to the Billa at Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof (open every day from 6:00 to 22:00). For all athletes among you, I recommend the Donau Kanal (2min walk).

Ich, Christoph, suche ab sofort einen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin.
Die Wohnung, 95m2, besteht aus drei Schlafzimmern, Bad, Küche, Vorraum/Wohnzimmer.

Zu Mir:

Ich bin 27Jahre alt komme ursprünglich aus Deutschland und bin vor etwa vier Jahren als Bildungsflüchtling nach Wien migriert. Ich lebe in der Wohnung schon ein paar Jahre, mein Mitbewohner ist jedoch vor kurzer Zeit schweren Herzens zurück nach Vorarlberg gezogen. Geplant ist also eine WG-Neugründung.
Trotz zwei abgebrochener Studiengänge (Soziologie und Psychologie) möchte ich mich dennoch nicht als Dauerstudent bezeichnen. Seit 2018 studiere jetzt Informatik. Zu meinen Freizeitaktivitäten gehören Wandern, Radfahren, Zocken, Klavier Spielen, Lesen etc. Aber ich erweitere auch immer gerne meinen Horizont. Seit neustem bin ich auch Foodsharer. Für Freefood kann ich also auch sorgen ;). Generell versuche ich doch recht nachhaltig zu leben, aber muss auch noch viel an mir arbeiten. Es wäre also durchaus wünschenswert, wenn dir das Thema Klima/Umweltschutz auch nicht ganz egal wäre. Ich erwarte natürlich nicht, dass du beispielsweise unbedingt Vegan leben musst (das tue ich nämlich auch noch nicht). Aber es wäre mir einfach wichtig, dass beispielsweise der Wasserhahn nicht die ganze Zeit läuft, wenn du im Bad bist. Ich denke du verstehst schon was ich meine.

WG-Leben:

Der große, gemeinsam genutze Eingangsbereich lädt gerade dazu ein abends gemütlich zu einem netten Pläuschchen oder zu einer wilden Partie Uno zusammenzusitzen. Ich selbst bin eine absolute Niete im Kochen, lasse mich aber gerne in die vielfältige Welt der Gaumengenüsse entführen.
Gemeinsame Unternehmungen nach draußen sind mir neben dem drögen Studienalltag eine willkommene Abwechslung. Fühl dich aber bitte zu nichts gezwungen. Zum nächtlichen Party machen musst du dir aber leider jemand anderes Suchen. Da bin ich einfach nicht der Typ für. Für ein, zwei Kaltgetränke ins Wochenende hinein bin ich sehr gerne zu haben...nur auf Clubbesuche oder ähnliches fahr ich halt nicht so ab. Selbstverständlich kann man sich auch jederzeit in sein eigenes Zimmer zurückziehen. Es soll ja solche Tage geben, an denen man einfach mal niemanden sehen will.

Was ich nicht mag:

- Berge von Geschirr in der Spüle
- Kein Klopapier auf der Toilette

Greetings to you, seeker of apartments,

I, Christoph, am looking for a roommate. The apartment, 95m2, consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, entrance area and living room. It belongs to my mother, which makes communication between tenant and landlord but much easier.

About me:

I am 27 years old originally from Germany and migrated to Vienna about four years ago as an educational refugee. I've been living in this apartment for a few years now, but my roommate recently moved back to Vorarlberg. Therefore I plan to start a new WG. Despite two aborted courses of study (sociology and psychology), I would still not call myself a permanent student. Since 2018, I am now studying computer science. My free time activities include hiking, cycling, gaming, playing piano , reading etc. But I am always ready to expand my horizons. Recently I've also become a food sharer. So I can also provide free food ;). In general, I try to live quite sustainably, but I still have to work a lot on myself. So it would be quite desirable if you were not completely indifferent to the issue of climate / environmental protection. Of course I don't, for example, expect that you have to live vegan (I don't do that yet either). But it would simply be important to me that, for example, the tap does not run all the time when you are in the bathroom. I think you understand what I mean.

WG Life:

The large entrance area just invites you to sit together comfortably in the evening for a nice chat or a wild game of Uno. I myself am a total loser in cooking, but I like to let myself be carried away into the manifold world of culinary delights.
Going outdoors together is a welcome change from the daily grind of studying. But please don't feel forced to do anything. Unfortunately, you'll have to find someone else to party with at night. I'm just not the type for that. For one, two cold drinks into the weekend I'm very happy to have. Of course you can always retire to your own room. Everyone knows these days you just don't want to see anyone.

What I don't like:

- Mountains of dishes in the sink
- No toilet paper on the toilet
