I am looking for someone to temporarily replace me in this beautiful Altbau-apartment with high ceilings and parquet floor. There is a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen with a table and another two rooms of my/your future flatmates.
The room is about 22m2, has two big windows facing the backyard with a view of a beautiful roman church. The room is fully furnished with a bed, a sofa, a wardrobe, a cupboard, a smaller cupboard, a nightstand, a huge table, lamps, a mirror, and some decorations (pillows, frames).
Lage
The apartment is located in the 9th district, near the main street of Nußdorfer Straße. You can find everything you need very close, Billa, Hofer, Bipa, Libro and different cafés and bakeries. To get to the city center, U6 station Nußdorfer Straße is about 3 minutes away and the same for a tram station Canisiusgasse, where you can taketrams 37 or 38 and in about 10 minutes you are at Schottentor. Also, FHWien der WKW is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, so a big plus if you study there (can recommend it from my own experience).
WG-Leben
In the WG live other 2 students, Jakub (23) and Harry (24), both very friendly and tidy. Parties are unfortunately not allowed because of the neighbors, however, you can invite whomever you want to stay over.
Sonstiges
The rent is €390 per month including utilities (Wi-Fi, water, and electricity). You have to pay the deposit of €560, which you will get back after you move out.
The room is free from end of June 2022 until about the 1st of October 2023 (final date can be discussed) . You can contact me on the WG-Gesucht platform. We can meet online to get to know each other better and discuss further details 🙂
