From now on, a small but very comfortable 11 m² room is available in our great flat share.
In the room you will find a window on the inner courtyard, which lets in a lot of light, but not too much to get too hot inside. In addition, the room is partly furnished with 2 wardrobes, a large block of shelves with matching textile boxes, a mirror. The room has enough space for a desk and a chair as you can see in the photos (they are taken with the bulletin board behind).
The fee of EUR 200 includes the furniture in the room and some shared equipment (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.) that we bought together.
The room can also be left unfurnished if desired.
The additional costs are currently, after price changes, 28 euros.
Of course we can discuss the furniture, price and other details. :)
Location
The location is perfect in every respect - right in front of our front door you will be delighted with a magnificent view of the Votive Church. Our shared apartment is in the 9th district, right next to the 1st. In 2 minutes you are at the Schottentor, where the U2 and various trams (D, 71, 1, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42 , 43) and night buses run. So you can reach your destination quickly at any time of the day or night. The WU, TU and FHWien der WKW can also be reached within 15 minutes.
Various supermarkets (Billa, Spar, BIPA) and various restaurants (Deewan, Cafe Francais) are in the immediate vicinity. The Danube Canal and the city center can also be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes.
If you move in with us, you will definitely be envied by your friends for the great location of the apartment - we speak from experience. :)
WG type
We are Elin (30), Sara (31) and Stefan (37). We all have busy lives, so we get together once in a while. Nevertheless, we all try to organize something together, be it a board game evening, cooking together or going out.
Stefan, who was born in Austria and is the main tenant. He is vegetarian and likes to cook. He is a software engineer and also an artist. As an artist, he makes short films with his friends and otherwise likes to go jogging. He also has a very cute and friendly dog Riki, 2 years old. Riki is a happy dog who loves belly rubs every chance he gets.
Sara from Germany is a 3rd year psychology student. You can have nice conversations with her for hours. All you have to do is offer her a coffee or a glass of wine. :)
Elin is from Sweden works at an NGO as a consultant for food security and stability of a country and has many friends all over the world.
Since the three of us who live in the shared apartment are very busy, it is important to us that you are a respectful and considerate person who is happy to join our activities from time to time. :)
We are neither a party nor a special-purpose shared flat.
