Room to rent in a 3er-WG, starting in July !
The room is really nice and with lots of space. There is a very practical space that you can use as a an office. The room benefits from a lot of light and is thus very pleasant to work in. The appartement also has a bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dish washer, a fridge and all necessities. It also comes with a washing machine.
The appartement is on the third floor and the building is equiped with an elevator.
The flat is located in the 10th district, just minutes away from U1 Keplerplatz. You also have the main trainstation a bit less than 10 minutes away as well as several tram stops. All you could need in terms of necessities (Billa plus, Spar, Lidl, Hofer etc are only a few minutes away). You also have several restaurants and other shops really near by with Favoritenstrasse.
You also have a public biking station just a few minutes away.
The neighbourghood is safe and quiet.
Universität Wien is about 25-30minutes away with public transportation.
The city center is about 10 minutes away with the subway U1.
You will be living with two other roomates : Celina who speaks German and works and Alessia, an Italian girl who is working as a flight attendant. We have a nice WG where we all live pretty peacefully and since there is no common space and we have different lifestyles, we do not share a lot of moments but the mood is still really nice ! It is an international WG so we mainly use English among each other.
The rent is 300€ per month, that includes all charges. You will have to pay 13€ extra for the internet.
The appartement is not furnished but I am reselling all of my furnitures for 200€ (that includes : bed (140), cushions and sheets, side table, lamp, office, chair, mini sofa, rack, several storage spaces, clothes line and laundry basket).
The caution is 567€.
