Hallo! Ich bin für 3 Monate im Ausland und würde gern in dieser Zeit mein Zimmer vermieten. Es ist komplett möbliert und hat 18 m^2. Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch gelegen (mit vielen Geschäften in nächster Nähe und bei der U1 Station Reumannplatz von der aus man in nur 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist) und bietet alles was man zum Wohnen braucht - ein Bad mit Waschmaschine, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und, das wichtigste, wundervolle Mitbewohner*innen – Gwendoline (sie/ihr, 22j.) und Tuan (er/ihn, 23j.) :)

Hello! Since I will spend 3 months abroad I would like to rent my room out during this time. It is, of course, completely furnished and has 18 m^2. The apartment’s location is very convenient (close to lots of different shops and near the U1 station Reumannplatz, from where it only takes 15 mins to the city center) and it has everything you need – a bathroom with a washing machine, a kitchen, and, most importantly, great flatmates – Gwendoline (she/her, 22y.) and Tuan (he/him, 23y.) :)
