Ich vermiete mein Zimmer für den ganzen August.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß und kostet 300€ all inclusive. Es ist südseitig ausgerichtet und dadurch sehr hell. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Fußgängerzone und ist generell sehr ruhig.
I'm renting out my room for the whole month of August.
The room is about 20 sqm and costs 300€ all inclusive. It is south-facing and therefore very bright. The flat is in a pedestrian zone and is generally very quiet.
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Keplerplatz (1 min zur U1). Zum Hauptbahnhof (S-Bahnen, U1 etc.) brauchst du zu Fuß 10 Minuten oder fährst eine Station. Busse und Bim sind ca 3 Minuten entfernt.
Da die Wohnung in einer Fußgängerzone liegt, hast du alles was du brauchst in unmittelbarer Nähe. Falafel/Döner für 3€ gibt es direkt um die Ecke. Falls du was Frisches willst, gibt es den Obst- und Gemüsemarkt am Viktor-Adler Markt (ein mal die Fußgängerzone überqueren) von montags bis samstags.
The flat is located at Keplerplatz (U1; takes you a minute to get there by foot). Vienna central station is 10 minutes on foot or one stop with U1 away. Since the flat is in a pedestrian zone, you have everything you need close by. You can get Falafel/Döner for €3 right around the corner. If you want something fresh, there is a fruit and vegetable market on Viktor-Adler Markt (cross the pedestrian zone once) from Monday to Saturday.
Meine/Deine Mitbewohnis sind Manuela (21) und Daniel (26). Manuela kommt ursprünglich aus München und arbeitet im Hilton an der Bar. Daniel ist Südtiroler und passionierter Maschinenbauer. Manu ist genau wie ich seit September 2022 in Wien, während Daniel hier schon seit 6 Jahren lebt. Wir gehen gerne zusammen auf den Markt, essen ein Eis bei Tichy oder erfreuen und über die Stories, die wir zu erzählen haben.
My/your flatmates are Manuela (21) and Daniel (26). Manu is from Germany and works at Hilton at a bar. Daniel is from South Tyrol and passionately works and studies mechanical engineering. Manu moved to Vienna last September. Daniel lives here since 6 years. We usually like to spend some time together at the market, or at Tichy (Viennas popular Ice Cream).
Wann genau du ein- und ausziehen würdest, können wir gern besprechen. Auf ein paar Tage länger oder kürzer kommt es nicht an. Und wie du auf den Bildern siehst, habe ich relativ viele Pflanzen. Daher wäre ich dir sehr dankbar, wenn du die Pflanzen ca. 1x/Woche gießen würdest.
I'm flexible about the exact dates of moving in or moving out, so no need to worry if you'll have to stay a bit longer. And as you can see on the pictures, I have a lot of plants. It would be awesome if you wouldn't mind taking care of them (watering them once a week)
