Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, einem Kleiderschrank und einer Kommode ausgestattet.

Die Lage ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Jegliche öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in 1 bis 3 Gehminuten entfernt! U1 Station Reumannplatz - die U-bahn bringt dich in 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, in ca. 8 zum Karlsplatz.
Busse und Straßenbahnen nach Meidling, Oberlaa und zum Westbahnhof und sind in ca. 1 bis 4 Gehminuten erreichbar!
Sehr viele Geschäfte und Shopping Möglichkeiten, sowie ein Bauernmarkt sind in der Favoritenstraße vorhanden. Man kann dort sehr günstig und vielseitig einkaufen.

The location is absolutely a huge advantage. All public transport is a 1 to 3 minute walk away! U1 station Reumannplatz - the subway takes you to the main train station in 5 minutes and to Karlsplatz in about 8 minutes.
Buses and trams to Oberlaa, to Meidling and Westbahnhof can be reached in about 1 to 4 minutes walking distance!
Many shops and shopping opportunities, as well as a farmer's market are available in the Favoritenstraße. You can shop there very cheaply and a huge Variety of things.
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner Ruben aus Südtirol ist 26, ein sehr ehrgeiziger Student: Er hat Chemie studiert und studiert zur Zeit Mathe und Informatik. Er legt ebenfalls großen Wert auf Rücksicht und ein ruhiges Umfeld. Er lernt und liest viel und kocht sehr gerne.
Deine Nachbarin ist Candelaria, 25, aus Argentina, sie spricht Englisch und Spanisch.
Nach gemeinsamer Absprache Einverständnis sind kleine Feten und Zusammenkünfte mit mehreren Personen in der WG aber kein Problem!
Ordnung und Sauberkeit haben wir immer durch einen wöchentlichen Putzplan geregelt (jede Woche war ein anderer jeweils für Boden + Müll, Küche, Bad zuständig.
