2 Zimmer in heller Dachgeschoß WG frei

Liebe Alle,

Bisher sind wir 3 Menschen und ein Kater. Dazu suchen wir noch 2 weitere Menschen und perspektivisch eine weitere Katze oder Kater.

Wir sind eine WG mit Gemeinschaftsgeist, in der wir Freude daran haben zu teilen - ob Erfahrungen, Zeit, Essen, oder Raum. Wie das konkret Form annimmt, wie ob und wie oft gemeinsam gegessen wird, ob wir oefter etwas spielen oder zusammen am Kamin hocken, ist offen und soll natuerlich frei wachsen koennen :)

Die Wohnung ist in einem lebhaften Teil von Favoriten, 10. Wiener Gemeindebezirk. Sie ist groß genug für 5 Personen, was heißt, dass die privaten Zimmer grob 15 m² haben. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon. Generell ist die Wohnung super schoen, hell und sicher gemuetlich!
Wichtig ist anzumerken, dass oben nur die Kaltmiete angegeben ist, Nebenkosten kommen noch dazu und betragen circa 80€ allerdings sind wir selber gerade erst eingezogen und können z.B. Heizkosten bisher nicht fix sagen.

Was wir nicht suchen ist sind Personen, die einfach nur ein Zimmer wollen - wir sind eine Gemeinschaft, die die Wohnung gemeinsam bewohnt und sich dementsprechend auch gemeinsam organisiert und alle Arbeiten, die anstehen zu gleichen Teilen verteilt und gemeinsam je nach Möglichkeit erledigt (Gestaltung, Instandhaltung, Reparaturen und Verbesserungen). Wenn du dir so etwas nicht vorstellen kannst, dann melde dich bitte nicht :)

Wir sind bisher ein veganer Haushalt, was heißt dass wir moechten, dass alles was irgendwie geteilt werden koennte vegan ist, damit wir nicht aufpassen muessen, wovon wir kosten. Fleisch im Haus funktioniert fuer uns auch aus praktischen Gruenden nicht (also gedumpstert oder ähnliches passt nicht).
Die Wohnung und ist nicht barrierefrei (zB im woertlichen Sinne: es gibt Treppen, keinen Lift), aber wuerden versuchen unseren verschiedenen Beduerfnissen gerecht zu werden. Bei uns wohnen bisher 2 cis-Männer und eine cis-Frau.

Dear all,

we start up a new co-living project. Until know we are 3 human and 1 cat beings and we'd love to welcome another 2 humans. To be transparent: we three are almans, but commited to being inclusive with our current capabilities.

We are a vegan houshold - among others, there are also pragmatic reasons why we would like to keep the room at least meat-free (and fish-free).

We'd like to become a community that shares different things like time, stories, food, or comunity-space. It's to be seen, and we want it to be able to freely grow, how this sharing looks like: whether we'll share dinners, play board games, or sit around the fireplace.
To be clear, we aren't looking for someone, who just wants a room. We are a comunity living together, which means we also organize the flat together, taking care and organizing, repairing and splitting task among each other in a reasonable state.

The flat is located in a vivid part of the 10th district. We'll have our own 15 m² in average room for private use. The three of us agree that it would be cool to give other people access to our rooms if we don't need them for ourselves. The flat includes a nice living-room and a balcony. In general, it is a super nice flat that is bright and cozy at the same time :)
The 390€ are just the rent/person. All costs next to this are aroun 80€/person but since we just moved in as well we cannot know the heating costs yet, which mean 470€ in total is an estimation.
We expect that interested persons have a queer-feminist, anti-racist, and anti-capitalist stance. We can't be accessible to all (e.g. there is stairs); we'll try to accommodate our needs the best we can. Our team includes cis-male-read persons.
